The shoes are true to size. I should have ordered 7.5 but Zappos recommended a size 7. Will return for proper size. I love the shoe, it will be perfect.

Honestly, the most comfortable flats I own!

Super cute flats. True narrow fit. The toe box runs small, especially the depth. Comfortable for all day wear.

Heavenly! High quality leather, solid construction, arch support (in a ballet flat!), and all-day walking comfort. Wide width was perfect!

These are my favorite ballet flats. I bought the nude color in my normal size but a wide (after trying the regular width) and they fit perfect. I normally don’t ever need a wide in any shoes but I tried with these and they’re perfect. I love them so much (although they did wear on the heels much faster than I’d like) that I ordered another pair in the same color and a black pair. I love these shoes! I can wear them all day at work and my feet don’t hurt at the end of the day. Highly recommended!

Too tight on right bunion.

I had ordered a 12 w, they were much too big, so ordered an 11, they were way too tight, tried ordering a 12m, and they were too narrow. I have a problem because my heel is narrower than most, I think.

Excellent, excellent. Outstanding. Put them on and they fit perfectly. I’m a petite woman with very narrow feet. And very difficult to buy shoes. This was my first time ordering shoes online. A happy camper.

I'm reviewing these more than a year after I bought them, because I love them. They fit really well. They have excellent support. If I ever work in an office again instead of from my basement, I'll buy another pair.

LOVE the shoes, exactly what I was looking for. Wonderful soft leather. Felt true to size EXCEPT the cut went directly over and cut into my bunions. So sorry I have to return them.

Love the look but they were N and I guess I need 2A. I kept walking out of the back. I long for the "good old days" when you could buy a AAAA heel on your shoe. I am still looking, though I am looking for a not too dressy white flat.

These soft leather shoes are so comfortable and no breaking is necessary.

Beautiful flat, soft leather, exactly what I was looking for. That being said, the cut is too low for my foot with the edge going right over my bunions, reducing Comfort to 3 stars, and makes my feet look like gnarly old lady feet (which they really are !!). Really want them but I'm not sure if I'll keep or return. In the meantime I'll keep looking for something similar with a higher cut, knowing that Zappos superior service gives me enough time to decide.

Súper, super comfortable and good support for a flat. Unfortunately, I need a more si very color than the platinum.

The insoles are way too thick. I took them out and the shoe is still comfortable. It fits true to size without the insoles. Simple style and high quality. The sole is rubber.

Ordered these 11WW my size and 12WW just in case. Turns out the size 11 was too tight and the 12 was too wide. I removed the insole on the 11WW and they fit sooo much better. They are not true to size with the cushiony insole and a lot wider and comfortable without it, for my foot. I ordered another pair same color neutral (which I loved) since black was not available. Returning the 12WW.

So comfortable! I wear a 10 narrow and these are a perfect fit. My toes have plenty of room and the heels don't flop when I walk. I ordered mocha, which sounds like it would be dark brown, but these are a lighter, beautiful, unique color. I will be checking to see what other colors I can use because I love these shoes.

I love them I wore these in high school and have not had a pair like these since.

This shoe was super comfortable but unfortunately the top area wasn't wide enough to accommodate my bunions. The arch support and material were fabulous though and they're very cute flats for people without feet issues!

I have worn this shoe several times and gotten many compliments....got the snake looking one, I got the 10.5 Wide. But as in all shoes, the heel slips out. I don't know why shoe manufacturers think if you have a wide foot your heel is wide too? Anyway, got some heel pads and they help, not perfect, still some slipping but I do love the shoe....getting another color.

The quality of the shoes is good, they just do not fit my wide feet. I have a high instep and wide forefoot. The leather of the shoe is lovely and the silver is actually very nice -- not cheap looking at all. If you have more average feet, these might be better for you.
