This shoe seemed a bit large overall, so I returned the size 8 Narrow and reordered a size 7.5 Narrow. The 7.5's have yet to arrive so I can not compare to the 8's.

A simple flat shoes was what I was looking for and this is a cute shoe. It felt too narrow for a WW. The main reason they didn't work for me was there isn't enough support. I need something between my feet and the side walk. I'll have to look for something with more of a sole and cushioning inside.

The heel was to wide and the shoes would not stay on my feet

Perfect fit, but leather marred easily.

Much smaller than expected. Disappointed!

The top of this shoe cut into my bunion. I knew I'd be in pain if I wore them, so I sent them back.

Surprisingly, this shoe felt smaller than normal. I am a 10 1/2 N, and I could have used an 11 N.

On the inside, these are 100% heaven. On the outside, they are 100% grandma. They feel great! I struggled with whether to keep them or not, but they're going back. Huge comfort, but zero style.

color seemed more pewter than silver

I still can't tell if these are too big or too small. I get blisters all over, the shoes are very stiff, especially in the heel. They are very wide so they gape on the sides, but the heel goes up very high in the back and gives me a blister after just ten minutes.

The shoe was really very nice, but huge on my foot. I am returning them and wouldn't even know what size to exchange them for.

Color (silver) was just what I was looking for, the arch support is okay for a flat but it was way to tight on the joint of my big toe. I have another pair of Sonoma flats that are fantastic. Maybe the color makes a difference.

Super rounded toe and they come down too far on my foot which made them look old ladyish and made my feet seem wider and fatter than they are. I wanted to like them but I’m sending them back.

Although this shoe has a wide toe box, it was still rubbing against the sides of my foot. I don't have any foot issues other than them being wide, and I bought these in a 7W. This has nice arch support and is a basic flat, but it didn't work for me. Too uncomfortable.

The color was cute. The shoe was huge and hurt my (bunion) foot. Also there was no arch support or cushioning.

I love the look of these shoes, and they are super-comfortable. However - and this is a big deal to me - the platinum color rubs off VERY easily. If I had gotten black or another "basic" color, I could just polish the shoes. The platinum is difficult to match, and the finish started to wear away during the very first time I wore them (by the bottom of the heel -- it must have started wearing away when I was driving, as it's much more noticeable on my right shoe). I've now worn them three times, and the color difference is pretty stark; the underlying color is white. It seems a waste of money to buy a cute shoe and only wear them a few times. Otherwise, these are great shoes. I might consider getting them in a more "polish-able" color.

The left shoe even in the medium width was too big. It kept slipping off my heel. I have wide feet and the medium width was ok, but I can't wear shoes that slip off my feet.

shoe industry is no longer standardized, why? actually went to shoe store and got my foot measured, 7.5 W as always, but every brand of shoe fits me different, too big or too small, too wide or too narrow, every brand of 7.5 W fits different, why? not zappos fault, but just saying

I'm very disappointed these shoes don't work. Originally I bought 8.5 WW. They were too long and gaped in the center of the shoe. I returned them and ordered an 8 W. They were too short and tight. I must be a size in between. They are simple yet pretty. Sadly I have to return these too.

This shoe is beautiful, but felt narrower than marked. Sadly, I have to return them.

These shoes are adorable, but fit my feet somewhat strangely. I have wide feet with bunions. To get the toe box big enough the rest of the shoe was much too wide. They also did not have much support. My search for great ballerina flats continues as I returned them

I bought these shoes because a friend raved about them. She loves them, and they looked great on her. Unfortunately, they do not fit my feet. I need more arch support than they provide (there's some, more than many flats, but it doesn't feel like much when the shoes are on). Also, the shoe rubbed me across the vamp - the inner corner of the opening. I don't have a bunion, but that's where it would've given me a big blister. Sadly, these were deal breakers and I had to return them. I'll keep searching for the perfect silver flat, hopefully before my current ones fall completely apart.

Zappos needs an option for "stupid attempt at arch support", 'cause that's what this disappointing shoe has. As stupid lump of foam in the arch area that is just annoying without being supportive for my low arches. Add upper fronts that barely cover my toes, and these are going straight back.

Cute shoes but I could not keep them on my feet. The center and heel was too wide and the top cut into my toe on top.
