Love these! Comfortable and smooth everything out under dresses. Other spanx i've ordered have a seam up the stomach so if you are wearing something really tight it can show- these are my new favorites.

These are a wonderful addition to my shapewear collection. I own 3 pairs of the nude and two of the black shapers in size 1xl. I wear this style almost every day with just almost all outfits (slacks, skirts, jeans and shorts, skorts. This shaper provides firm yet comfortable control for all my figure issues...a lower tummy pooch, muffin top and a saggy tush. This shaper is VERY thin, so use care when dressing, but once you et into it, you will be surprised by the degree of control provided. It absolutely controls my issues....after a few minutes, you will for get you are wearing it...its that comfortable, but the mirror will show the results. I generally wear thigh hi stockings under this shaper as it helps to hold the stockings in place and sometimes if I'm having a "fat day", I'll wear control top panty hose under this shaper. For a special occasion outfit, such as a party, I will wear one of my other Spanx shapers, such as Oncore or Thinstincts which provide more figure control, but for every day wear the Higher Power high waist long leg shapers are great. I’ve had better Spanx before, but this is pretty decent for the price. Seems to stay in place, but it sits in an odd spot under my bra line (maybe I have a short torso), but the bottom sits fine and doesn’t roll up.

I wore these all evening under a dress at an outdoor wedding. They stayed in place, smoothed out my muffin top, and felt quite comfortable. Practice taking them down ahead of your event for restroom visits.

These are not meant to be high compression but more of a smoothing garment .. they are amazing !! Be gentle with them and they will be good to you

Fit well, tight but not uncomfortable. Did it’s job of smoothing out unwanted lumpiness!

Recovering from a tummy tuck. I'm 5'2", 125 lbs; my normal size would be a MEDIUM. But, due to swelling and post-op discomfort, I found that a 2X is perfect. Tried a 1X to begin with because the XL was out of stock. 1X fit great, just a little bit uncomfortable when having to roll down to use the bathroom. No issues with roll down; everything stays in place and cinches my waist and keeps my tummy area in place. Does what it is supposed to do. Would highly recommend! :)

Pretty comfy & worked great under me dress.

Not bad! This is my first pair of Spanx. They did what they promised...sucked me in. Short of having to be a trapeze artist to put them on, they are pretty comfortable. Make sure you order a size large enough or they will roll.

These fit nicely. I had abdominal surgery and these help support the muscles and abdomen so there is less pain and pressure.

The feel of the material was good. It was just too tight. Couldn't wear it.

I’m a size 8/10, so a medium should have fit me, but my weight is just barely in the large range, so a medium kept rolling down and wouldn’t stay put. Exchanged for a large and it fits perfectly. Makes it much more comfortable and smoother to wear more fitted skirts in the summer; the mid-thigh short is thin and prevents chafing.

Size runs a bit large. The material seems very high quality, I think they will last much longer than other cheaper brands. Makes all my clothes fit better, so I'm very happy overall

Wasn't sure how I'd go to the bathroom by using the "hole" designed in the crotch, and these power shorts would be difficult to pull up and down if I had to use bathroom often, especially if drinking anything with caffein. Didn't want to change it, I'm returning them, but love the Spanx brand, have several pairs in different styles.

Not too long and doesn't roll down

I got these to wear under a dress to a fancy Gala I was attending. I found overall they fit well. The high waist was a little TOO high on me though. It ended up coming up just past my underwire/bra bottom. The only issue I had was a few hours into the event, I realized the tighness of the pants were causing my underwire to push so hard into my rib that it began to have a dull ache. I went to the bathroom and tried to fix them, but it was difficult because the waist was coming up so high. In hindsight, I probably should have put the pants waist underneath the bra and I would have been fine. Just a word to the wise. Other than that issue, they help up well, fit right, made the dress look amazing in all the right places, and didn't roll in the tummy area.

I’ve had other pairs of Spanx, and despite ordering the correct size, these keep rolling down on me, which is very frustrating. Easier to get on and off than I anticipated, though.

This garment makes you feel great. Shapes and smooths out stomach and even upper thigh. BUT full disclosure, this item is absolutely like the top potion of a panty hose. Meaning it rips and runs VERY easily. I wound up contacting Spanx for an exchange after purchasing 2 pairs and both ripping! (And not just in the behind area, it actually ripped up by my ribs as I was adjusting under bra.)

It’s not how it was. The material is better but this rolls down. Quite disappointed but I’m trying to make this work.

it clung to the dress I planned to wear with it. I knew I wouldn't be comfortable in it.

I was really disappointed with these. I chose my normal size in Spanx, and the compression would’ve been perfect, but it’s impossible to keep the top band from rolling down into an uncomfortable and unflattering line. Unfortunately, I’ll have to return these.

I wasn't able to wear them long enough to really know if they'd roll down or be comfortable? Why?? Because an hour after putting them on, I peed all over them trying to go to the bathroom. I wanted to love them, but they just don't work for me.
