I hate these. The only shapewear I've ever had that makes me look WORSE. Also, the fabric is absolute crap. Tore on first wearing. (Pantyhose level.) A far cry from the old Spanx.

I was sent USED spanx. I pulled a hair out of the pair. The package was ripped as well so I know that someone had used them. Gross, gross, gross.

I ordered the correct size, but they won’t stop rolling down! Very frustrating.

Same experience as others, it rolls from the moment you get it on.

I like foundation garments, and own a number of Spanx, including the older version of this one. I was looking for something that would give medium smoothing from my bra line to my upper thighs. Most foundation wear now only comes in firm and extra firm, so I've found my best option is to order one size up, giving me smoothing effects, without feeling super squeezed. Spanx has drastically changed their fabric. Previously they used a soft, four way stretch material that never rolled, always stay put, but was prone to ripping if you caught it on zippers/rings/shoes/etc.... Spanx is now using this miserable shiny silky material that is less prone to ripping, but rolls down and up like crazy. It has also lost all its breathability, so you now feel like a hot half stuffed over squeezed sausage. Trying it on once was enough to confirm that I was going to endure the same miserable experience with the other new shiny Spanx. I wasn't about to endure a day of misery.

They roll down! I love the original ones, they never rolled and I have owned them for 10 years. These fit nice but they roll down.

They fit well and were comfortable, but ripped the second time I put them on. I didn't notice any defects the first time, and did not snag or catch it on anything. Just ripped while pulling them up. Bought another brand for less, and they are very similar, but seem to be a lot more durable.

I have the older version on this style and love it. I had a tummy tuck so am wearing it 24/7 for weeks now so really needed a new one. Just like pantyhose after heavy use, it gets stretched and worn out. I was hoping to buy the same one but this is the closest thing. Well, this one is horrible! The gusset is split (which I like) but made of the same stretchy material so it gives a terrible front wedgie! No amount of adjusting would help the camel toe. The split gusset in the older version is completely made of cotton instead. Also, the top part rolls down! Immediately when trying it on for the first time it instantly rolled down causing a thick roll that is uncomfortable and shows in clothing. This garment is a piece of trash - I wish that I could return it!
