I love the crocs but the fact you can't send replacements if lost is ridiculous. I had a cat die recently and was dealing with my other one at the vet. I ended up losing the ear and nose but with some back tracking I found them (since crocs customer service was zero help). Then the other day the ear broke off the black piece that goes into the croc so they are ruined. Not worth all the money and certainly ruined my experience with crocs and won't be purchasing again. Don't waste your money on something they expect you to put in a museum case and not enjoy.

The horns fell off almost immediately

After having a really stressful day at the vet I had gotten home to notice the nose was missing. I contacted customer service to see if I could even buy one and they told me no. For how pricey these are you should have the option to repurchase the jibbits.i understand why they don't but if you have proof of purchase then you should be able too. Never buying crocs again. First and last time. I'm very disappointed in how the deal with these at this point why buy something you can't even wear to enjoy. I don't want to leave them on display, I bought them to WEAR them. So if your wondering on if there worth it. No just get a normal pair and some cute jibbits you like.

I love Shrek and this concept. I was so happy to receive my new Shrocs but unfortunately, his nose arrived already peeling off on one Jibbitz. Customer support was unable to send just a new nose or replacement Shrek Jibbitz for this particular pair. If you hope to cherish your Shrek crocs for years to come, make sure you buy some E6000 glue or something to adhere the foam to the plastic backing.

These Crocs are so cute but the ears are poorly made. After wearing them for a few hours, one of the ears fell off. I would not recommend these unless you don't plan on actually wearing them. I wish I could order replacement ears but I don't see them on the site. So disappointing. :(

Bought a pair for myself and a pair for my son. We have both wore them one time and both kissing one ear from each. I wore mine to run 2 errands and he wore his to run up to the store with me. Now we have these crocs that are missing one ear. Very disappointing since we just got them and only wore 1

I was in love with these from the arrival, unfortunately my happiness was short lived. Within a day, one of the ears popped off and was lost. Even worse, when I attempted to contact customer service, they were unhelpful and per their "policy" I was told I wasn't eligible for either a refund or for any assistance via the warranty. All they offered me was 15% off my next purchase. Sadly, I will not be buying any crocs ever again, not after being so poorly treated by this greedy greedy company.

Ears break easily

One of the charms broke the first day I got them, it has been about a month and now they have all broken off with just normal wearing them around the house.

Lost ear and nose after first time wearing. Unable to get replacement. Customer service was horrible.

Terrible quality. The jibbits break off the backing so easily . There is no quality control . Crocs customer service is terrible . They do not offer replacements for the defective parts

My 11 year old son got these. He is very active and most of the pieces broke off within a week. They are super cute but careful not to play kick ball in them ;)

Love the design but the jibbitz come off easily and can't purchase them separately!

The same day the jibbets broke and fell off!

Took my money, let me place and order, then proceeded to cancel the shoes and ship me just the Jibbit I added to get over the free shipping threshold. Not buying from Crocs again.

I bought these Crocs because I work as a Special needs preschool school nurse. My students are often amused by my crocs. Previous specialty Crocs have always had the the Croc jibbitz attached in place and non-removable. Unfortunately that is not the case with these. They fall off at random and can pose a choking hazard to my special needs students. They make me very nervous. Such a shame Crocs didn't make these as well as their other pairs!

These are super cute, fun shoes. The problem is the jibbitz (nose and ears) that come with the shoes - they're not made like regular jibbitz so fall off very easily. the black part that attaches inside the shoe is much smaller, so they're not attached as sturdy as they should be. so disappointed, as crocs doesn't sell replacement jibbitz for these shoes. come on crocs, do better!!!

Ears broke off after 1 wear

Unfortunately our pair arrived missing pieces and we were not able to get that settled after numerous phone calls and emails to the company. Very disappointed, considering the cost.

Nice theme, only not up to par in color or design for the price

The first time I got to actually wear them the whole ear came off the shoe. It literally fell off the part that attaches it to the shoe.

I bought these for my son. they came apart and broke within 3 days! A waste of my money and my son is extremely disappointed.

The ears fell off 1st time my son wore them one of the noses fell off and can't find.

I bought these and expected the nose and ears to come built into the crocs. They came as jibits. I didn't care that much, but after 1 school day I look down and my nose and ear are missing. I did 0 running around or playing in them, all I did was sit in class and walk from class to class.
