I bought the limited edition "Shrocs" for my daughter. She wore them for less than 2 hours before noticing one ear had fallen off of both shoes. Truly disappointed in this purchase and in Crocs.

Mine arrived with the ears bent halfway unglued making me regret buying them from crocs website. Customer service said I could not exchange them and could only receive a 9$ refund. I was so excited for them and was let down big time.

My son received these and wore them for one day. One of the ears broke and fell off. One of the other ears fell off and disappeared. The idea is cute but now after one wear he wants to send them back. Not worth the money for something that falls apart. The ears and nose aren't sold separately so I can't even replace them.

Bought these don't fit. Wanted to return. Sat on hold for over 45 mins just to have a lady say no we won't return them because they are considered limited edition. DO NOT BUY FROM CROC. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR QUALITY

I received these crocs yesterday, and today one of the ears fell off after walking around my house in these for about 5 minutes. The ear looks to have been poorly glued on to a jibbitz base, which is really disappointing. Why couldn't the jibbitz have been made better quality?
