Loose in heel

I wanted to love this boot but just can't. I purchased an 8.5 W, normally wear and 8 or 8.5 w in Clarks. This were a little tight on my big toes, the rubbing on those would have become annoying. Beyond that when you have them on and look down on them they are more pointed than I thought and with the scrunching look a little akin to an elf shoe. Love the fabric and idea of waterproof but style and slight tightness = return.

Theses were very snug and I always wear this size in Clark’s. They were difficult to even pull onto my foot.

The color is perfect although I find I don't care for the style as I thought I would. The back pull separated on one side with first use. I'd like to exchange for a different shoe.

This boot design is seriously flawed. I do not have a high arch, and yet, the opening is so small that I can’t get my foot into it. The problem is the too-short functional zipper. If the decorate zipper were functional, I suppose the story would be different. Furthermore, the right boot’s functional zipper is damaged/flawed and does not open to its full inadequate length. Overall, a big disappointment.

They were too tight overall and also were slightly but noticeably scuffed looking on top of the toes and perhaps at the heels.

Received these shoes. Color great, loved the style but zipper broken. Couldn’t get on my foot bc zipper would not unzip. Returned for a refund

Wide at the ankle (though the gusset inside the zipper was stiff and rubbed there), but narrow in the toe box, for an overall effect of slipping very clunkily while walking, yet still pinching the toes. And that's after ordering a wide. Shame, because they look nice and I want to love them, but the proportions are wrong.

I would have kept this boot, however, there was a defective zipper on one of the bots. I am returning them with a piece of tape on the defective zipper.

Toebox was very narrow and I don't have a wide foot. Style wasn't flattering.

These are cute but couldn’t even get my foot in them when I bought my usual size Suede is cheap looking too

The shoes were nice. The zipper didn't open enough for me to get my foot in, so I never got them on or wore them.

Ordered my current size - got a boot that was too narrow and felt like a half size/full size too small. Don’t waste your money on these

I wear an 8W. I could not get my whole foot into the boot, so I really can't comment on the width or arch support

The folds in the leather was different on both shoes

I don't know who this shoe fit because I could not get it on my foot. One zipper is decoration only and the other zipper didn't open wide enough for me to get my foot in. I ordered a W because of the reviews that it ran narrow. Too bad as I really liked the style on line.

Too narrow to fit foot in shoe

I couldn’t get it on my foot. I ordered half a size bigger and struggled to get my foot in. I have been a 9 in Clark’s for years. The boot is weirdly designed.

The left shoe has a loud creeking sound and doesn't bend like the other boot. Beautiful boots but one has a broken piece inside the sole-heal connection.

The strap in the back ripped off in literally 2 wears.

I could not tell if this boot would fit me. It was the correct size, but it is the first shoe I have ever purchased that I could not enter! There is a nonzipper on one side of this boot, and a two inch zipper on the other side. Nothing abnormal about my feet, but starting with my right foot, I could not get this boot on. Also, September 23, 2022, I bought the Clark's Caroline Park boot. Loved this boot, comfy, attractive, received compliments. These boots were only worn about six months out of a year. Just normal walking very short distances - most of it inside. Well, this has never happened before either: We recently experienced rainy weather here, and just out walking a short distance my left foot became wet. The amount of water seeping into the soul of my left boot actually soaked my sock! Always loved Clark shoes - comfortable, beautiful, durable. What has happened? I apply my faith that these two shoe experiences are never to recur with a Clark product, and plan on purchasing another pair of boots.

Very disappointed with this shoe. Clark's used to make very comfortable shoes but this one actually hurt when I put it on. There is a piece of fabric inside the zipper which is very stiff and pushes into your ankle and hurts when zipped up. Also the whole ankle area is very stiff. I don't see how anyone would call this a comfortable shoe.

While attractive the zippers are for looks only - they aren't functional. Well, the interior one does zip but only 1"... doesnt' work if you have a high and wide instep.... Sad

I have a high instep and could not even get my foot in this booty. I have several pair of clarks bootys and shoes all the same size with no problem. I was very disappointed it is a beautiful boot.
