Sneakers in pictures of ear thicker in the sole. However, they are comfortable for the treadmill and Jim, not for running outside. Would purchase again

Should have ordered a half size larger; tight fit for use at gym.

These shoes are okay but they don't have very thick soles or support. My last pair was the 860 V4 which has twice the sole and support as these shoes. Maybe I just didn't select the proper style for my needs

I bought these for the purpose of going for shorter walks with my dogs. I heard the brand was good and found a pair I liked and would be easy to clean. They are comfortable and cute, but I have high arches and just a 20 min walk in them leave my feet aching.

My 10 yr old daughter was getting snug in a size 6 shoe of another brand. I ordered her a 7 and 7.5 of these to try since some reviews said they run small. Both are way too small. She will likely need an 8.5 or 8 wide. Shoe is cute and she would like them otherwise. They are just hard to purchase online since there is such a size differential.

I order from NB regularly and am a 10W. These were so snug in both width and length, I could barely get them on my feet

Had to return the shoes as they are not the same size as my other New Balance shoes. These were smaller and narrower.

I love how these look, but that's where my love ends....no support means no love

I felt like the item looked better in the picture than in person. I probably will stick to items that I can view in stores, rather than online purchases.

Bought it for walking in warmer weather. It is comfortable but quite ugly. I hoped for a funkier look. The color is bleak, design average. I like NB shoes, have many, but this one is not my cup of coffee.

The first thing I noticed about this shoe was the insole. It wasn't firmly in place at the bottom which I thought would become a headache with it constantly sliding around inside the shoe. The shoe itself felt very small. My toes were poking the top of the toe box which was surprising considering I've worn the same size new balance shoe for a long time. The material felt cheap. I wouldn't be surprised if it started to tear after a few wears. Ultimately I felt that they weren't worth the price and returned them.

Cute and comfy but the sole is packing out very quickly and don't seem like they will last long.

The sole lacks the cushion and support of the pair I previously purchased and had to return as the sizes for this model run a bit short. The body of it is comfort. Unfortunately, you can't get help from customer service to exchange or even purchase a different size, which is why I returned the other and purchased this one. Could not find the one I wanted online. I have always liked NB but lack of help when needed is pushing me to other brands.

The shoes look beautiful and are a great color, but they did not provide a lot of support for working out. I understood they were for working out. The shoes are ok for casual use only as they don't provide enough support.

I immediately returned these. They run very small for size, were quite uncomfortable on the sole of the foot, and visually they look super odd when looking down at your feet (I don't think any photos online show what they look like). They are also slip on, not lace up shoes. Overall would not recommend. From the side profile on the photo they look quite nice and comfortable but they are not.

Bought for walking. Flat paper thin. Expected more support

1. The color is straight up navy blue and light blue, not a lavender/periwinkle purple as pictured. 2. They don't fit like the other Nergize shoes. 3. I mailed back my return 9 days ago and have heard nothing. Their return system is poor and not up to date, be sure before you order something.

I returned these shoes because they did not have ankle support.

They added in this weird cushion by the heel and it makes them super tight and uncomfortable. The older version of these shoes didn't have them and they fit great but the new padding is uncalled for and so uncomfortable. If they removed it, it would be the perfect, most comfortable shoes. But the heel pads ruin the shoes.

The shoes were too short. The insole were not removable, therefore I couldn't use my inserts. I sent them back.
