These shoes are complete garbage. As described, they are soft for about two days. After that the padding on the foot bed is completely flat and offer zero support. So disappointing.

I bought these for running on the treadmill. They are terrible: no support and somehow my feet feel like they are sliding inside them no matter how I tie the laces or the socks I wear.
It feels like one step up from running in socks in terms of support or cushion. I cut the tags so I’m stuck with them.
If you need something basic to check the mail or walk the dog, ok. If you need to do anything more vigorous than that, I do not recommend these!

The weird bubbles of padding at the ankle are new from the n1 I bought last time, they make it so the shoes are not comfortable (in general) and I can't put my insoles in because the bubbles are then in the wrong spot which is even more uncomfortable. All in all I was pretty disappointed. But your return policy and process was super easy so kudos on that.

They just hurt my feet. I am on my feet on concrete floors for 12 to 15hrs a day and i just needed some comfortable shoes.
I ended up giving them to my mom and she loves them!

The tongue on the show is connected to the shoe itself therefore if you tie the shoe the material bunches up.

Had to return because of the way they are designed. There is actually no tongue, as what looks like a tongue is attached all the way on the shoe. Too tight for me and too hard to get into.

I have worn NB comfortably for a couple years but the last two pairs have a different fit, too tight in the toe. I have long toes so it's probably not a problem for everyone else. Sizing up is too loose in the heel. Time to move on and try another brand.

Terrible for walking. Super flat and unsupportive sole. I wore them to my pediatrist and he told me they had poor support which I could tell from wearing them, but I didn't want my money to go to waist. Typically love new balance shoes, but I am very disappointed in these. Also about half a size off. I normally wear size 11 and they're just a tad too small. The 12's we're way too big for me.
