I mistakenly ordered a 8.5 regular width shoe but I decided I would find someone that could wear them, I couldn't even get my toes in these shoes. My daughter is able to wear them and she normally wears a size 7. They fit her perfectly. Order at least one size larger.

I really liked the looks of this shoe. However I had to return them. They seemed tooo narrow(tight).

New Balance are the only shoes I can wear with my arthritis but these shoes are absolutely too darn tight. Horrible. I am going to try to size up but just the shoes itself is tight

My foot felt like it was burning from the friction caused by the lack of cushioning under the ball of my foot plus these shoes seem to push your foot forward which puts even more pressure on the ball of your foot. I had even sized up 1/2 size as suggested to allow for more room.

I have worn the 680 for 7 years. I have always worn a 7.5 wide. But, this version was too small lengthwise. As in my toes were touching the toe of the shoe. It was very surprising. Why change the design!

I hike 3-10 miles a day and looking for a comfortable shoe. I haven't given up on this brand but this particular model was comfortable to walk in but the constant rubbing at the back of the heel made it a wasted purchase.

I love new balance typically but this shoe isn't great for my feet. I started getting blisters on even small walks. I orders wider and bigger than I typically wear yet I guess it wasn't enough.

These shoes don't seem to be a wide. They're labeled 9 1/2 Wide, but they are way too snug. Otherwise I would like them. Very nice looking.

I ordered these because it is hard to find the 680v6. Assumed they would be even better. They arrived, looked nice but they were way more narrow and short even being a wide. Wish they would leave the great models from before as is!

I normally wear 6.5 wide. I ordered these in 7 wide for more room. They were too small. Could not wear them a full day without pain.

The shoe was cute. However, it was poorly made. You could see the glue all around the edges of the shoe. I returned them and got my refund.

Even wide width was VERY narrow. RETURNED THEM..:(

I love NB and always wear them for walking, running and working out. I always have two pairs that I trade out to give them time to breath and air out. This pair did not last nearly as long as older ones I still have as backups - only a few months at most compared to 6-12 months for others. Not only did the bottom wear out quickly but it wore out/tore at the top near my ankle in different places on both shoes. Will go back to some of my others but not buy these again

Bring back Original 680. Whilefresh for may be comfortable for some It has completely changed your line. I can no longer wear your footwear in fresh from because eats taking away from the width of the shoe. I tried going up a size I tried going up with and I can't get situated. I am completely disappointed in this And fresh foam.

I ordered a 12 wide but they were more like a 10 regular. I had to send the shoes back.

This shoe makes you put pressure on the ball of your foot making it uncomfortable and causes pain to your foot

Don't like them at all I bought them for walking and they hurt my feet not enough support
