Frankly, pretty ugly shoes. Got these in black and were very nice, not so these light gray. I wear an 8.5 normally, had to purchase these in 9.5

I Wear size 10 those shoe are very tide for that size, and they are wide and not comfortable at all,very disappointed.

I ordered a wide width and it was still too narrow. The show itself also does not have much body. I was disappointed in the quality for the brand.

I have an old pair of 680's that I love and wore out. They have 3 layers of insoles in them. I bought this new version to replace them and they are clearly inferior. There is only 1 super thin cheap insole in them. They have no cushion in them at all. I am returning them and looking for a different shoe.

I am a big New Balance fan and have several pairs. This pair, however, was light gray and on one side of one of the shoes it was stained with what I would consider to be glue that somehow came from the adhering of the logo to the shoe. It was everywhere and looked horrible. I sent them back. Not a good showing for New Balance. Everyone tries to go cheaper to increase the margins but quality suffers!

I bought this same shoe in a different color and it fit perfectly. This shoe, I sent back because it was too small, and ordered a wide width. It still didn't fit.

Ran small!

They are really cute shoes, but for being wide too they run small compared to other shoes I have bought previously.

It pressed on my mail badly and Nail got discolored.

NB have been my go to shoe for years, following the upgraded models of my previous shoes, most recently 680 V6 (wide). Unfortunately the shoe next in line was the flex foam (?). It was awful. Ran extremely small. Very uncomfortable. So bummed that my longtime favorite NB are no longer a shoe I can wear.

Not the quality I normally get with new balance. I plan on returning them

I had to return the pair. The colors were great, but they did not fit well. Plastic/rubber on toe part aggravated my toes.

too tight

I was very surprised at the way they fit. I have been ordering on line from New Balance for a very long time and have always ordered a size 10 wide. They have always fit well. This pair does not fit. It is short, my toes hit the front of the shoe. They are very uncomfortable! I would send back but have worn outside. I am not happy!

I had ordered 7 X-wide.....they did not fit at all, they were almost as if they were narrow.....I returned.

They are pretty shoes but my feet kill me after wearing them and they are the correct size.

Ok, I was excited to receive my sneakers, however, they were two different sizes, which was very disappointing. I called customer service to let them know. I took them to local store for exchange.

Did not like ordered my normal sz they were to long No stability. PLEASE BRING BACK 860v 11 best sneakers for my arch.

Just doesn't work for flat feet. Hurt.
