Not sure why these feel off in size. I love new balance shoes but my last two pairs haven't fit right. These are really snug and my feet hurt so much after wearing once at work. Unfortunately, not sure if I'll order again.

I usually wear size 9 but once I received the shoes it was not a comfortable fit. I had to return them. I also called customer service to see if they would honor a promotion that ended the night I ordered the shoes. For some reason, it was not applied at time if ck out due to website issues. And of course, they would not honor it so this may be my last time buying from NB.

I purchased my New balance about 2 weeks ago they arrived late because of a train derailment.I ordered half size larger 8 1/2 to 9 they were tight on the toe but I wore couple days and they stretched out a little can't wear socks. I was disappointed because the material was so thin and cheap and the sole padding was so thin

Great color, very cute. However Fresh Foams are very narrow and a wide is like a regular. Hence, I can't wear them and will have to return.

Not true to size. If you purchase these shoes go up a size and a half. They are really pretty but not comfortable like the New Balance name. I wore them once, so I cannot return them.

I was excited about ordering new shoes for my daughter for Christmas and they came in and were to small she wears a 8.5 and they didn't fit. So I wanted to return but it says bring to a new balance store I am not close to any so now we are stuck with them.

The shoe is pretty comfortable but I get blisters unless I use high socks which look silly. Very disappointing

These shoes was to tight and made my feet hurt just testing them out in home,had to return this pair as well,I'm not happy with new balance right now and I used to love new balance shoes but im not sure what they're making now,ordered two pair of different shoes and had to send both back,no new shoes for Christmas for me,waiting on my refund.

I always buy New Balance shoes but this set are not very satisfactory. The toe box is smaller than normal and they seem cheap. Not the New Balance quality I'm used to.

Was hoping for a better made Shoe for everyday use - very little padding or cushion Inside of shoe. Don't buy it!

I ordered 11 wide and it is giving me shoe bite when I try to walk on the treadmill wearing these shoes.

I am disappointed with the fit and quality. The right shoe causes pressure to my big toe and becomes unbearable after only a few hours. Left shoe fits better but the toe box in these is not as roomy as previous models.

I've been wearing the same pair of New Balance sneakers for the past 5 years because of my bad feet and I've loved them. I couldn't find the same style when I decided to replace them so I got something similar. They are not near as comfortable and the sizing doesn't seem correct. ( I ordered the same size as before but these new ones feel too short,) I also bought a new pair of another brand at the same time and those are much more comfortable.

SO disappointing, the actual color was a light lavender purple and not the dark purple. Also it seems like my toes were dropping off in the front, no support when taking a step, weird. Returned them.

I have arthritis and was told to order Ew Balance and to get wide which I did. They were shorter than my other sneakers, and much too narrow and I have a rather slender foot- therefore they had to be returned

I have used 680v6 for a while now. These are a less solid sole and body - not a good replacement. I hope NB makes 680v6 again.

I am a repeat New Balance running shoe customer. I love the look of these shoes, but they were shorter than other size 10 shoes that I have purchased in the past.

Have ordered several pairs of the Fresh Foam shoes but this time after reading the reviews ordered a larger size. So disappointed as it is too short. Why can't you just leave the sizing alone & make the shoes the same. Now, you have to go through the process of re-packaging, catching the shipping carrier for the return, & going online to get the necessary instructions.

I've been wearing NB size 9wide for years, loved the fact that I knew they would fit. Well, not this time. I looked to make sure they sent the right size. They run a bit narrow and I feel like they are a half size too small. After being a loyal customer for many years I'm now questioning my next purchase.

Color wasn't as vibrant as shown on website.

I have had two pair of these shoes but something is different. I take a wide and I have never had a NB pair that was tight as long as it was a wide. They were always roomy. Well this toe box is tight--like it was a medium and miss marked. Also the tongue has always been nicely padded--not anymore. Perhaps NB is cutting corners to keep costs down. So I am back on the hunt.
