These definitely run small. I ordered two pair of different style New Balance shoes, same size, at the same time. This style was definitely shorter than the other style. I really like this style. I exchanged for a 1/2 size larger and really like them.

I had to buy extra insole for support. Heel rubs against the shoe, so, with higher insole it felt better. Had to spend more $…
I'd also recommend:

The toe of the shoe is more narrow than I'm used to for my size. I use them for work in a deli and my feet really hurt after my 9 hour shift. Love the look.

Same shoes as previous, still not happy with the fit even after 8 miles a day in Disney.

Not as comfortable as my last ones. Hard to find sizes, 81/2-9 wide. But still like New Balance!

Always buy new balance for years now but this time I accidentally ordered regular instead of a wide pair which didn't seem to matter at first but after 8 hours on my feet plantar fascitis definitely starts hurting.

New Balance seems to have changed their sizing measurements because this is not the first pair of shoes from them that I've had trouble with that were too small even though I got the sizing from the current pair of New Balances that I own. These just barely fit and only if I was wearing thin socks, but there was still barely any room in the toe box, and they were supposedly wides too.

The width of this shoe does not allow for any socks. Even without them, the entire length of the shoe is tight. I specifically ordered a wide. With all of my previous NB purchases, this width was true to size. Additionally, the heel cup is almost nonexistent. Without a shoe horn, I have no doubt that it would degrade in no time. My conclusion is that NB is no longer a reliable source for running shoes, at any price. They are no longer a go-to source of well made and fitting athletic wear. The materials are cheap and shoddily crafted. This multi-decade repeat customer is one no longer.

The product ran small. It also seemed very thin in the toe area for a running shoe.

My toes need more depth in the toe box. This shoe provides a more shallow toe box. Cute shoes, however, in the blush pink.

These are ok but they don't have an arch, which is why I buy NB to begin with. Have to use an insole. Also, the uppers seem very thin. Don't know if they'll last very long.

This is the second New Balance that I have bought that are a good 1/2 size too small. I was fitted by a local shoe store and wore a 7 1/2 W in the 860v10. Those run correct size and not a single NB I have tried here or at the local store has run tts, they are all 1/2 size too small. Time to find another brand shoe apparently. Prices go up and quality goes down, sigh.

I bought my usual size and the front of the sneakers are very tight right by the base of my toes. Shame, they are nice looking shoes.
