I absolutely loved the Sam Edelman - FRANCI pumps. They were comfortable and I liked the fact that the heels werent super high. I liked that the color was neutral and could be worn with numerous outfits. I would highly recommend these pumps!

I am absolutely and deeply in love with my new shoes: they are gorgeous! They are made of excellent quality materials, extremely comfortable to wear, gentle with my feet and beautifully designed. If you think they look nice on pictures, let me tell you this: Pictures dont make them justice, they are prettier in person without a doubt!they are true to size and the perfect color ti match any kind of outfit.

These heels are super comfortable. They are sturdy. They dont hurt my feet which is great. They are perfect to wear out. I love the nude color. It matches anything. I definitely these to heel people.

This shoe is fair quality. I disliked that it made my feet look wide due to the cut of the shoes. It's way too low at the sides and the beige inner shows when wearing it, which made it look cheap.

I have pairs of Sam Edelman shoes that I love but these did not work for me. I normally wear a 7.5 and sometimes a 7. I ordered these in a 7 (based on my other SE heels) and they fit fine when walking around my carpeted living room. I wore them out to the Nutcracker and within an hour of wear, they had stretched so much that they were falling off my feet. I tried wearing thicker tights and heels pads but they are now way too big. They are also strangely wide through the arch area and visibly gap on the sides.

Although I it says true to size, it ran a little small.

Beautiful pump but not comfortable at all. Originally ordered a 9 which is my true size and it was way too small. I returned that size for a 9 1/2 and it is still uncomfortable. It fits but very tight in the heel.

.they're NOT true to size. I was super excited to receive my order. It was packaged so well in a beautiful box. I wore them around the house just to get a feel for the size and almost immediately they felt too tight. I contemplated returning them and reordering them in a larger size but they're pretty delicate shoes - well made but the scuffs were visible on the bottom of the shoe. My advice - order 2. Get one your normal size and a 1/2 a size up. Not every foot is the same. Test them out on a rug, not hardwood floors or tile.

I loved the look of this shoe but it runs small. The material is nicely made I just wish I could wear them. The heel is a perfect height for business attire. The color matches almost everything I wear.

Nice pair of shoes! However, the sizes run big so should you decide to purchase a pair buy a half size smaller.

Cute shoe but blister city after wearing for a just a few minutes.

Although these pumps look nice, I can't walk in them. They come right off my feet at the heels.
