I was surprised when these shoes arrived, they are much more narrow than I thought the picture showed. Pretty uncomfortable, but they look well-made and stylish....just not the kind of shoes I could wear. Thanks

I wear heels all day because of my profession and the heel on these Sam Edelman Franci pumps are a perfect size. The color is perfect I am extremely pleased that the designers did not compromise on comfort. Suede material on any shoes makes the shoe look elegant.

Kitten heels have been a favorite of the stars since Audrey Hepburn. The Sam Edelman version nailed it. It looks perfect with a pencil skirt, a suit and a pair of jeans. I bought the classic black leather and loved them.

FRANCI- Sam Edelman shoes are a show stopper. I get a lot of compliments, people ask me what brand are they and where did I get them. Very comfortable to wear, normally this style of shoe hurts my feet but not these, I highly recommend them.

These look pretty; however, they were hard as rocks. I typically am most comfortable in a 7 wide or 7.5 medium. There is no wide available in this shoe, so I tried both 7M and 7.5M. Unfortunately, both sizes pinched my toes so badly, I could hardly stand it. Additionally the top of the shoe is quite low-cut (aka toe cleevage) so if you have a wide instep or a bunion, these are not for you. If it came in a wide width and wasn't as low cut, I would reconsider, but unfortunately these were not a good fit for me at all.

The design of these shoes is so elegant and fantastic, they're so cute! I really love their appearance, and I wish I could buy them in every color. However, I did get blisters on my toes from wearing them (which was in a short period of time.)
:( Im currently looking for ways to make them more comfortable...

I wear 8.5-9 and the size 9 is a perfect fit. I have a wider tie box and these are comfortable. I love the style of the pointy toe , but a lower kitten heel makes this shoe perfect. You can wear with jeans or dresses. They look and feel great.
I purchased the burgundy and the natural suede color. Both are gorgeous. The burgundy is a more brown hue than red , but still has enough red to not look just brown.

These shoes are comfortable and are versatile enough to be worn to work and out to more fun occasions. I'm personally not a fan of high heels so I really appreciate a comfortable and supportive kitten heel. To me, these shoes are a great mix of comfort and style. I'm fine wearing them for a full work day (office job) without them feeling restrictive or uncomfortable.

I love a good pair of kitten heels. Living in the city where I need to walk everywhere. It makes my feet feel a lot more comfy. It brings that bit of femininity to my look while still being comfy. The material is also great. The fit is just right.
