Noisy when walking and they're a 1/2 size too small. Might have exchanged them if they weren't noisy. Oh well

Fits great and is comfortable

Comfortable, professional looking, well made shoes. The leather stretches to mold to your foot after wearing them for a day. Even that first day they felt comfortable. This is my second pair of Cole Haan pumps - the first pair were my Go To shoes for the office and they lasted a very long time!

I'd developed back, knee, hip problems from sitting too much during the pandemic, so when it was time to emerge from sneakers and flip flops, I needed a good business/luncheon shoe and turned to my regular Cole Haan size 7-1/2. I'm a senior with slightly wide toes and toe box and a high instep. I wore these shoes for hours right out of the box, no stockings, no problem with heel height. Great stability and comfy lining that, as soft as leather.

Love these, would recommend, soft padding inside, not too narrow! Got it mainly for formal/ church dresses, but they are nice with pants as well

If you need a dressy shoe to safely wear on cobblestone streets, old brick sidewalks with frost heaves or grass walkways this is it!
