Great everyday work pump! They fit true to size (I'm a 5.5 / narrow) and were very comfortable right out of the box. I would definitely recommend this shoe as a go-to for anyone that wants to look professional and be comfortable.

If you have a medium foot order the wide. It doesn't fit Wyatt at all it's nice and they're looking but still roomy.

This pump is beautiful and looks and feels great. Three or 4 years ago I bought my first pair of Cole Haan shoes, another block-heel pump, so I knew what size to order and what to expect quality-wise. I wore them to work exclusively for those years, never needing to change to flats though I'm on my feet a lot. The online shopping experience was satisfying and they arrived in a timely manner. This pair had no adjustment period either; just put them on and go. No negatives to report about!

Perfect for work and love that they are waterproof! I have Cole Haan Oxfords in size 10 (but I wear low cut socks with them) and I ordered these in a size 9.5 and they fit perfect!

So comfortable. Bought a 7.5 which is my normal size and it's perfect.

I have other Cole Haan shoes and have always found 7M to be the correct size for me. Unfortunately this shoe was much larger than my other shoes and I will have to reurn it. It is particularly large in length, but also a little wide.

Pinches a little in the toe cap and gapes a tiny bit on the sides as well. The leather is a little more matte than I would like. I think it runs a little big as well and sometimes feels like it might fly off when I am walking

This is a beautiful shoe, however it was too tight across the instep for my foot.

Very nice shoe but unfortunately probably since pandemic not going out in real shoes didn't quite feel as comfortable as I wanted

Great shoe, but was too big. I returned it for an exchange for a smaller size but I have had no notification that the smaller size has been shipped.
