Runs 1/2 size larger. I wear a size 7 in almost every shoe I wear. After reading the reviews on this shoe, I ordered a 6-1/2. It fits perfect! Thanks to all who take the time to review. The shoes arrived just as described, on first try they seemed comfy and did not hit my 4th toe (which on pointy shoes seems to be an issue). Can't wait to wear them to work and put them to the test!
