I should have paid attention to the other reviews. Probably 75% of the shoes in my closet are Cole Haan. I have never had an issue with the fit. I ordered my usual 7 1/2 medium. Just as others had said, the shoe gapped open on both sides of the shoe. Sadly, it was a final sale item. I will be donating them to Goodwill.

So disappointed! Longtime CH fan, these were final sale at a great price, but defective design & poor fit even tho I am a true 8. No refunds or exchanges - won't make this mistake again.

Too big- not true to size

I needed something for the snow in Michigan and cold wet days in Texas. This is the perfect boot for both occasions. Keeps my feet super warm in the snow and just the right temperature for the cold wet days. Bought 1/2 size bigger to accommodate my smartwool socks and glad I did. They fit perfect with theses socks on.

Runs large. I usually wear 5.5. in Cole Haan shoes. This fits more like a 6.5.

While I have in the past with Cole Haan shoes and in fact have the same shoes in tan the black ones are significantly bigger than the size 7 they are supposed to be. As they are not returnable I'm stuck with shoes that do not fit. Not sure if just this color runs big. Be aware of this when ordering.

I bought the shoes over the phone and did not hear the clause that these were final sale. they don't fit and feel as expected and need to return. Help

I have always worn size 8.5 in Cole Haan shoes. These were quite long and I will not be able to wear them.

The back tab causes blisters. I cut it off but it still jabs into my ankle

Rub blisters on my heels. Would like refund or return for exchange.

It looks good in the beginning, but durability is a big issue. Won't last more than a year.

I wear a 5.5 M. These weren't good fitting shoes. They fit fine in the toe box. The back heel I kept sliding out of on both feet.

These shoes run very large.

I really like another pair of Cole Haan's I have. These fit too narrow and i also didn't like the very lightweightness of the sole (bottom). I also don't like the bumps on the bottom. If they did fit me correctly, I would feel like I was going to fall in them. I wish I could give a good review, but they just aren't going to work for me. I am thinking of giving them to my daughter to see if they would for her, or maybe she can resale them.

One shoe is 1/2 inch longer. Both are marked 8.5

Poor fit, runs big, very flimsy

Runs small & rubbed blisters on my heels. I have always worn size 6.5 but these were too short in length. Width was ok. I donated mine to a thrift shop.

Runs a bit bigger and the sole feels like rock. Extremely uncomfortable for a Cole Haan. Do not recommend

Half size too big, no traction, will not work on warehouse floor or concrete (big box hardware store)

The shoes are very slippery.

This shoe runs very narrow. I've had another pair and always worn a medium. Made me think mine were defective. Will be returning them.

I wanted to like these shoes, but I have found that the shoes manufactured in Vietnam fit to be very inconsistent. The 7 1/2 was too long, the 7 too short..
