These were comfortable right out of the box. I was afraid they'd run small and narrow, but my 8.5 M fit great -- until I walked in them. They slide up and down my heel with every step. This seems to be a common complaint with this shoe style regardless of what brand they are. Afraid a half size smaller would be too small, so I'm returning. Too bad, as I really liked them.

These are super cute, but no removable insole and too short on the heel. My heel slipped in and out with every step.

Beautiful shoe, loved the look, but they weren’t very comfortable and the heel slipped off with every step. I wasn’t confident this would improve even once broken in. Returned.

They looked so cute, and the leather seemed nice, but they were too small to get on my feet. I typically wear a 7 and ordered a 7. I just bought another brand of shoes and the 7s fit perfectly in them. I'm not sure what happened, but I returned and won't try another size after this.

Love the look of the loafer. I wear a 7.5 and have ordered from Toms before and never had any issues. This loafer is about a 1/2 size too big. I'm disappointed. I didn't return them as I had left the house to go to work so they are worn.

Very narrow and at least a size smaller. I could barely get my foot into the shoe, which is the size I normally wear in all shoes.

Ordered my regular size and width. Could hardly get my feet in the shoe. Once i did my toes were at the end. Also very narrow across the widest part of my foot. Then i walked around and the heels kept slipping. These shoes were so small i double checked to be sure they sent the right size.

Style is very cute, I normally wear a 7-7.5 so I sized up based on reviews. They are very tight everywhere. They do not smell like real leather upper so not sure they will stretch. The left feels thicker than the right.
