The shoes were just what I wanted, but the width was too narrow.

I ordered the Champagne Metallic color in my usual size: length and width. My width is medium, but on the narrow side. When I was younger, I bought narrow widths. This is my first pair of Toms, so I didn't know what to expect and the reviews were mixed on size. I took a chance with my usual size. When I first tried them on, I thought they were so tight that I should return them, but want to avoid that hassle. Besides, they did not slip off at the heel--a problem I've had with other loafers. Other reviewers said that they would conform to the foot with a little wear, so that's what I'm hoping for. I think the length and width are very snug. I do think that they will fit, but I'm not planning to wear them for long days any time soon. They are becoming more comfortable just wearing them around the house. At this point, I'm not planning to return them as they have been worn too much to resell as new (no fears, Zappos!) I do think I'll get good use out of them. Wearing them with socks is out of the question, but something lightweight like tights, would work. The quality of materials and workmanship is very good. The foot bed has good support built in. The style is on-trend and color is pretty. Just want to add my experience with them in case it helps someone who is on the fence with these. I do think that ordering a half size up might be too big? Maybe a wider width would be better? This is when a shoe store with walls has an advantage, although Zappos offers one of the best online shopping experiences.

These are really cute loafters but the toe area is super small and overall really uncomfortable, mostly on the sides and top of my foot.

Very comfortable and no "hot spots" when wear them. I get compliments on these when wearing them. I purchased the metallic loafers. I am a 6.5 and purchased the medium width. My feet are slightly wide from hiking and running, but the medium has a little give to be comfortable.

I love these shoes! They run narrow, which is great for me but maybe not for others. I always need to use inserts so my feet don't feel like they will fall out of shoes that don't tie. I don't need to do that with these.

I ordered the wide width in my usual size and felt these to be very comfortable shoes. They are very comfortable and provide excellent support. I'm very pleased with these shoes.

LOVE these shoes! I get so many complements when I wear them and I can wear them all day and it still feels like I'm walking on clouds. Only note is they ran small so I had to size up a 1/2 a size.

Just arrived and right out of the box, they are super comfortable and very smart looking.

This was just the show that I needed for this fall. Love the material of the shoe as it seems it will be easy to keep it clean. Quiet when walking. Just enough of a heel and sole to feel a bit elevated. Love the camel color and my sister, seeing these on me, is your next customer!

I loved the look and style. Unfortunately having high arches, I couldn’t slide my foot into these shoes. So I had to return them.
