There is some kind of seam or lip on the inside of the shoe that makes it uncomfortable. I am returning.

Color was a lot lighter (tan) than it appeared on photos. Came in my size but too narrow for me. I know leather stretches but after what I paid for them, didn't want to stick around and see if I'd eventually be able to break them in. Returned them.

These look like great quality. I sized up after reading reviews and they were still about 1 size to small. I always wear a 6 or smaller. I ordered a 6.5 and they were so tight. Had I gone bigger the would have been too long. They are just entirely too tight and not a good fit it seems.

these are SOO small. They were tight without socks, I couldn't even get them on with socks. Unfortunately they also don't do half sizes above a 10 so I can't even get a bigger size

I ordered a pair of Tom’s Cara loafers last week and received a different Tom’s loafer. I returned the incorrect pair of shoes and reordered the same pair that I originally ordered. I opened my package today and get a pair of shoes that look like the shoes that I ordered, but there is “No” label to indicate they are in fact Tom’s brand. Shame on them for sending me fraudulent shoes. I’m really disappointed with Zappos. They used to be such a good company to buy shoes from.

Has been 2 weeks and I'm still unable to wear them. They are beautiful but super heavy and it's taking forever to break them in. Also, super small. Go a size up. I was unable to return them or I would have.

I own many Tom's shoes & sandles. Never a problem. Bought these recently, expecting the same fit. Sadly, they're awful . I wore them to work, realized they were not good and unfortunately, don't think I can return them after a 1 day wear.
