Nothing matters when the customer service is terrible

The calf is narrow however I used a professional boot stretcher and it made a huge difference and now they fit perfectly.

I have 4 pair of Frye's and am loyal to the brand. However, these miss the mark. I wear a size 8 and these shoes make your feet look huge. They are very long and although comfortable but they are like wearing the boxes. They are true to size but make your feet look huge. I felt like a cartoon character. So buyer beware

The quality is great. However, it makes your feet look like you are wearing a boat. I have multiple pairs of Frye boots and they are a top brand. These shoes are comfortable but are about as stylish as wearing the box. They make your feet look huge!!!

I just received this boot. It's very comfortable and beautiful but it's damaged and I'm having a very annoying customer service experience to try to exchange these.

After waiting years, I received my boots in saddle yesterday. The color is more brown than appears in photos. I had hoped for the rich copper shown. but I would have been okay with the color difference. Fit was true to size in length but a bit more roomy in the instep. I could add an insole. My problem is that there is zero taper in the ankle. So my legs look like tree trunks. Not sure I can get past this. I am 53 and 115 for reference. It may just be how they hit on my shorter legs.

Love these boots!! Classic lines, quality workmanship and awesome fit! In a pointed toe boot, Im usually a 10, reading the many reviews I went with a 9.5. Plenty of room for thin orthotics and comfort from step one! Best thing about these boot = USA MADE!!

Great boots! Superior quality. Had to get them exchanged for a half size smaller, but Frye's easy return made it a breeze. I have narrow feet, and the 9.5 size fits perfectly. Thank you

I love Frye boots and thought these were beautiful. Unfortunately, I ordered 3 pairs of these (from different online retailers) and every single pair was defective. The height of the shaft on the left boot was anywhere from 1/4" to a 1/2" taller than the shaft on the right boot. The difference was obvious when standing with your legs together. I contacted Frye about the issue, but no one reached out to me. I'm disappointed at the quality of these boots because I had been so excited to wear them!

Too small at top&1size too big

This is my 3rd pair of Frye's. I have been wanting the Campus boot for years. They are absolutely beautiful! Shipped in 2 days, so that was great. They are easy on and off, but I feel run a little big, so size down 1/2 size. A thick sock will be perfect. These are definitely forever boots since the workmanship is amazing!

Such great looking boots but definitely real leather because they're stiff as a board! I kept them anyway and hope to break them in.

Beautiful boot, however it was to tight in the calf. Making this boot for wider calves would be amazing. The only wide calf boot available is unattractive. This is like womens clothing , only made for certain body types.

Fits comfortably. Runs somewhat big. Leather seems of medium quality. Not very neat stitching. Sole of the shoe could have been a much better quality too. Takes away from the top portion of the leather upper "Payless" type rubber soles. Could have used a glossy finish. However if in using that type of rubber sole it supports an environmentally friendly ecosystem ;ok! Color is beautiful.

My order was confirmed but was canceled even though it says my size is in stock! And now my coupon no longer works.

Vibrant and flattering color. I wear an 8.5 in all other Frye shoes/boots that I own, but I needed an 8 in these. They are quite LONG.

Okay so Im a huge boot gal! These are amazing quality. I honestly think they are worthy of the price tag given their durability and timelessness. Very happy to be adding these to my collection.

I have not worn the Claire flats yet. However, I tried them on and they were very comfortable. So much so I decided to get another pair in a different color.
