But too big

I am beyond excited for these! the quality is immaculate, and i am so excited to style these.

Typical of Frye products; well made, quality leather, true fit. These flats look great with jeans and summer dresses.

Theyre ok but cant wear for very long because theyre too flat and cramped in the toe box.

Loved Claire Flatsunfortunately, they did not love me back! Fat feet, not wide, the 8.5, my size appeared and felt long in the toe, and gushed on both sides of L/R shoe. Exchanged for 8.00, hoping for better fittoo small:(. I have ordered another style hope the slingback works!

Beautifully made super comfortable!

I love my boots so far and I was super excited for them. I ordered true to size after reading the mixed reviews. My true size is perfect. Im only giving 4 stars because the customer service is non existent. I had thought I had a waterproof balm in my cart at purchase and after my package arrived I realized I didnt. Thats my fault, but I reached out to customer service see if they could give me a free shipping coupon as the shipping on just balm is still 12 and the balm itself is 25. (I know had it been in the cart and I checked properly it could have been avoided) but I just wanted to see if it was even an option. The customer service email said response would be in 24 hours and its been a few days and nothing. I cant imagine if I had a real issue how long it would take and thats too bad. When you spend this much money for quality you would hope theres quality in customer service too.

Really disappointed. I read almost all of the reviews, watched YouTube videos etc, all in an effort to understand the sizing of these boots. Although nothing was clear, I went for my usual true size, 8.5 and ordered them over 2 weeks in advance for an event I have. When they arrived, I was swimming in the boots, even with shoe inserts! I emailed support immediately to exchange, and never got a response. After 3 days of no email response from support, I finally dug around on the website and found the return link myself and went through the process. I brought my boots to UPS to sent back for my exchange, and got no updates 4 days after dropping them off. I was finally able to contact support this morning on their chat feature, and they wont even RECEIVE my incorrect size of boots until 2 days after my event, much less send me the new size in time. If youre going to make sizing to bad, be more on top of your support emails and exchange policy (especially when you say all supports emails will be responded to within 24 hours) Probably the worst customer service Ive ever experienced, it almost feels like this is a scam company. The only saving grace is the associate I was on the chat feature with, who was helpful and tried to find me a solution. I will be returning my incorrect size and am not sure if I will purchase a replacement

I have many pair of frye shoes, love all of them

No breaking in time or blisters, and fits my wide toe box! Frye is my go to for a sleek and classy pair of shoes.

Nice leather - leather has irregularities, but its a natural product. Unique and classy design.

I bought a pair of this style saddle color size 6 and wore them in high school daily. I still have them 40 years later but had to replace because I wear a size 7 now. Great boots always in style, even after four decades.

This company is not user friendly when trying to return an item. And, be aware if it is a sale item - it is not returnable - even if you try to return it within days of receiving it. I order online regularly, and although I do like FRYE - it is not worth it to waste time trying to return items - and not being able to order sale items for fear of not being able to return them.

Omg I love love these sassy boots!!!

The background in the website photos makes the ivory boot look more vanilla and creamy colored and more white, but it's actually darker in person and more of a beige color. These boots would look great on darker skin, but for paler skin, they just blend in and don't look flattering or stand out enough at all. The boot itself is incredibly comfortable, fits perfectly, doesn't need to be broken in, and I have sturdy calves and they still fit (not thick calves but not thin, a more ample calve would not fit in these boots just fyi). I have seen horrible reviews about Frye's customer service and returns, but since I was returning this item for the black boots which are even more expensive, my return was accepted immediately and my sales tax was refunded. So I appreciated that but also wonder if I was trying to just get my money back, would it have been that easy?

I ordered my true size and they are too big and floppy. Beautiful leather though. Maybe I'll try again later.

I am not sure if it is the design of the flat or the size I ordered and received but the Claire flat slips off my heel with every step. I have tried wearing the flat with socks and it is still slipping off the heel. I am hoping to return and try a smaller size to see if that works because I do like the design of the flat and love the Frye products in boots. This is the first time though that I have tried their flat.
