I purchased 2 pairs a black size 7 & brown in size 8. Got my regular size & a larger size to use with thick socks. THE SIZE 8 IN BROWN I DONT HAVE YET, MAYBE THEY ARE BACK ORDERED BECAUSE THE BROWN SIZE 8 WERE NOT SHIPPED WITH THE BLACK SIZE 7. I WAS CHARGED & I PAID FOR THE BROWN SIZE 8. These slippers look so pretty and are so soft, cozy & warm to wear on cold floors. Can use socks if you order a size larger. The color, plush feel stands above all brands with the quantity (except the thin sole)you know is an UGG product. The issue mainly is the sole its extremely thin for the fabric on top of it. It looks like a plush slipper glued to a ballet slipper sole. Using them once I sprained my ankle, I wish to exchange them for a different slipper or ankle boot. I'm trying to reach customer service for help choosing. Also I also would like to know where the brown pair size 8 are, I paid for them and I want to exchange them also. It doesn't give me an option to leave a comment, sorry to leave it here. I'm now ooking for a men's angle boot, I'll pay the difference in price after I speak to customer service. These plush slippers easily could be used for bed shoes if the soles were larger and not so tight with no socks. I'd definitely wear these resting, napping, read or watch TV. These slippers are a Nice idea well worth the money BUT please make a larger sole & made them looser not like tight ballet shoes.

I have over 100 pair of Uggs! I absolutely love them. These slippers fell short of my expectations. My husband bought me 2 pair for Christmas. The sole of already furless on the heels. They are very rough to walk on. Ugg please go back to the drawing board these need to be redesigned. They also tilt your feet to the outside when you walk!

The sole is too small, making it hard to walk or even stand.

No grip. Slippery ... Safety issue.

Your foot has no support. Poorly designed

These so-called slippers are too short. The elastic is too tight. There was no packing slip so don't know where to return them. I'm really disappointed . Help! I think I need a larger size. I love UGG but unless I can return these slippers this is the last pair of UGGS I buy.

My feet keep slipping off of the sole of the slipper. I LOVED my Ugg booty style slippers and was hoping these would be as comfy and cozy. Sadly, not the case. Please bring the booty style back, please!

The bottom of the slipper it is to narrow and they are not stable to walk, i will not recommend or buy it again.

This product was not for me. It kept slipping off my foot and turning over when I walked causing me to hurt my ankle. I don't recommend this product. Didn't like it

I never met an UGG I didn't love until this slipper. It was impossible to get on. Poor design.

Not up to uggs standards the right foot felt stretched out. The foot bed is strange.

The slippers came and rather than a plush ivory color they look like an aged yellow. Big fan of Ugg but these are going back.

At first these seem to be super comfy , until you walk in them they make your foot slide over to the edge. Very dissatisfied I really wanted these

And trying to do returns is hard.

I choice white sleepers I received light pink. Not the color which website shows. When I tried walking my feet moved on the sides, they are so bouncy.

this not a great fit. the slipper dose not conform to my feet which causes my feet to slip and slide i almost turned my ankle and that would have a big problem. For this reason i would like to return the item.

These are fine if you plan on standing in one spot because if you walk, there's so much cushion that your feet almost slide from side to side, almost twisting your ankle
