Be sure to use the drawstring or you will not have any ankle support. Slippers are warm and cozy. I would not buy again due to the hassle of the needing the drawstring. I wanted a slipper that l could easily slip on and off.

The band is to tight.

I should have listened to other people's reviews about how your foot slides from side to side inside the slipper. Although they are warm and cozy cute, they are not so good a design.

Having never written a review for UGG, today I feel I must. Another reviewer wrote that your foot can slide off of footbed and indeed it can and does, to the point that one could twist an ankle or worse, maybe fall down the stairs? Unless you just want toasty feet while watching TV or are wheelchair bound, these are not practical. The footbed is super cushy and plush- likely why you can 'fall off' it- along with the fact that there is no supportive structure as in a shoe. Reducing the amount/height of foam wound probably remedy the problem. I have owned (many) UGGs products for more than 20 years and this is a first.

I loved the color and warmth of the slipper, but I would slide off to the sides of the slippers. Not secure. Will take them back

The slippers are not comfortable, I was looking forward to a bed of plush to kept my feet warm. I can barely walk in them, the bottom sole is small.

Every time I try to walk in these I almost break an ankle. The sole of the slipper is not wide enough to support my pretty narrow foot. If you have normal or wide feet you will struggle even more than me, and might even actually twist one of those ankles. I will never wear these out of the house and I feel as if it's a sport just trying to keep them straight on my feet. Very disappointed in this product.

I love the material but my foot doesn't stay on the actual bed. I am constantly slipping off the bed of the foot. If I would have ordered a smaller size my foot would have hung over. I think it's just that way they are made- there is zero support for your foot.

When I first tried these on, it was real cushy. But the cushy part was only about 3 inches across the bottom of my foot. I thought I might twist my foot when walking. If the cushy part of the bottom of the slipper was the width of my foot, I would of given it a five star.

Looked very pretty on pictures then when I got it I just didn't like the material , it's not as soft as the usual Ugg fur. But I said that's fine .. then I tried them and it's a complete surprise , they're not comfy at all, my foot float inside, it's like the slippers sole is smaller then the top, so I wasn't steady while walking I had to return them and will get classic Ugg slippers

I was really looking forward to this slipper to wear around the house. I previously ordered the Tasman and they were cut small so I made sure to size up for these. I wear a 8.5 and ordered a 10. I put them on an sat at my desk, the back was pushing into my foot and made it turn pink, and was very uncomfortable. I happened to order 2 pairs for gifts but will be returning those as well. I have over 30 pair of Uggs and it just seems like the enclosed slippers are not for me. I'll stick with the ones with a back strap. Good luck with these.

The material is nice but your foot will roll sideways off the sole. It's narrower (is that a word?) than a normal sole. I've worn them trying them out but don't feel I can return them,

The bottom of the shoe don't fit the sole so it's like my feet is going from side to side. Now if it was made properly at the bottom them I would recommend.

Memory foam makes your foot slide to the side making it hard to walk.

My feet keep sliding of the base inside shoe. It's causing my ankle to twist.

I have purchased several UGG footwear in the past and always found them to be high quality. However, these slippers leave me very dissatisfied because my feet slide around in them. I can hardly keep them on. I will be returning them

Every time I walk I twist my ankle, these shoes doesn't have any support.

Shoes arrived and both were covered in black dog hair (or some sort of pet hair?).. It was clear they had been tried on and not quality checked or cleaned before being sent out to the next customer. I will be returning this item and will try again but if the second try arrives dirty I won't be buying from Ugg anymore.

I was so excited to get these slippers and became very disappointed quickly. While the slippers look great and are warm, the inner sole is awful. It should be stitched down or something. It slides all over, making it very difficult to walk. Rocking your foot from one side to the other. Almost an accident waiting to happen.. Waste of $ and would not even donate them to a good cause.

I am giving them away. I twisted my knee wearing them. Not a well made item. The pad on the bottom is not big enough and do your foot doesn't stay level.

Awful slipper. Nearly twisted my ankle. The sole slides from under your feet. Very poor quality. Should not even be sold. Can't imagine an elderly person tryin to walk in these then injuring themselves.

The item came in. It looks nice. However, the quality is extremely low very low quality upon doing research on realizing that these are not the official UGG I was hoping for!
