Toe was more square than I wanted

I love the look of these shoes. The color is muted and perfect for wearing in fall. I fall in between sizes so I ordered up a half size. They are wider than normal fit. I am guessing because they are women/men's. I love how they look and how they go so well with fall colors so I am keeping them. I will wear my thicker socks with them this fall and winter. You don't often find shoes in this color so I just had to keep them.

The shoes are very comfortable however one of the shoes I received was defective. The tongue of the right shoe was sewn in crooked. The shoe feels okay but it is noticeable.

These are unisex and I have a narrow foot, so I found my usual size to run a little big in the length and width. I went down a half size. I love the retro style of the shoe and the green color is a nice change from the usual grays and blacks. They're a great casual athletic shoe that's comfortable and not bulky, so it has a little more style.

Not true to size which I have never had a problem before with NB shoes. I really loved the look of this shoe too.

The sizing is absolutely off. My son wears a 7 in Youth and they were small on him. I wear W6.5 and they fit excellently. They’re marketed as W8.5–no way.

Bought unisex but used the EU size of 38.5, since I normally wear a 38 no matter the US size. These were very narrow, to the point of discomfort. I have bought this style for half my life and the womens I have owned are wider than this.

Beautiful looking shoe, but zero arch support. My feet starting aching after about 1 hour. Unfortunately need to return.

Cut too high at the ankle - rubbed my ankle

I wanted to love these. But, you can see up close in the picture that the tongue of this shoe and others picture is left looking not complete. It's like open raw to the foam. It's super weird. Didn't know I'd have to make sure the shoe looked finished from the factory.

I like them but the tongue feels cheaply made.

Not very snuggle

Tight around the toes, not enough height in the toe area. Please manufacturers, human feet don't just vary in length and width, they also differ in height.

The fit was ok, but very hard sole, and the tongue went too far up the ankle in the front, so not as comfortable as they could be

Wore only twice. Small toe box. Pimched big toe when I ran. Had to toss them.

This model for some reason fits tight compared to my other New Balance shoes. I wanted these classics to work, but just to tight around my foot. I am 74 and have had many, many NB shoes. These were just too tight, darn.

Size and fit were good. I'm just appalled at the exposed foam on the tongue. Was this a conscious design choice, or was it an effort to save money on materials? Honestly, I really like the shoes, but it feels like they are unfinished. I'm disappointed because the colors are great and they are comfortable. I'll buy several colors if they change the design to add binding or some kind of finished edge around the tongue.

The color was the only cute thing about these, imo. They looked and felt like I was wearing a man's shoe. They were clunky, way too large for me in both length and width and really just looked terrible. I don't understand how a man's shoe is unisex. It's not a neturally shaped shoe, it's shaped for a man's foot. Overall, if you have very wide feet (mine are a fairly reliably true medium width) of if you're someone who struggles to get women's shoes to fit, then definitely try these out. I really like New Balance as a brand, but this concept doesn't work for most women.

I have an older yellow pair which I love and was exited to receive the new one, however the tongue of the shoe looks unfinished. The foam in tongue is not sown in like all other shoes. Makes it look cheap. A real pity because the rest of shoe great. Returning them.

Cute shoe with fatal flaws--unfortunately the sizing is weird and the construction of the tongue is unfinished and looks cheap. I ordered a men's size 5, thinking I could get a little extra width and it would be comparable to a woman's size 7. This shoe seems to run a size smaller than you would expect and the fit was like a women's sz 6. Too small for me! The edge of the tongue is raw foam and it looks shoddy.

The shoes were fine but I am disappointed with shipping times. I’m not sure when this changed but I’ve been a customer for years and always had free next day shipping. I placed order thinking I would get it before Christmas but I did not and I did not get it with timeframe given. It took over a week to get my order. Not happy with customer service

These shoes felt tight in both my regular size and a half size up. I bought them for the look and hoped they would be just as comfortable.
