This thing was so tight despite getting half a size larger it cause a toe nail issue.

I needed a narrow shoe and only had options for a wide width. When I walk in these my heels slides up and down and that repeatedly would give me a blister.

Size not consistent from one style to the other. Shoes too short.

I was so disappointed- they are super cute but wayyyy to narrow for my foot. Was hoping that the unisex model would be wider.

The fit was tight for a 7 even without socks.

These are the most uncomfortable sneakers I've ever worn. I'm not sure how they feel simultaneously too big and too small at the same time. I have another pair of New Balances in the same size and those are fine, but this pair is extremely tight and small at the toes, but there's room at the back behind the heel. My feet keep wanting to slide forward and my toes are crammed in the front, while there's extra space in the back. I've tried tightening/loosening the laces to find if that will help, but no matter how I adjust they still feel extremely uncomfortable. It's gotten so bad that even my knees and hips hurt from walking after wearing these shoes. I'm not sure what's wrong with these since I've had other New Balances without issue.

If you want to take a chance with ordering these shoes then you definitely need to order a half size bigger than what you normally wear. But as for me, I'll never order from Zappos again in my life and I'm through with New Balance. Wore them once and sent them straight to the Salvation Army. I feel bad, they were so painful I should've just destroyed them myself.

Opened package today, and it seems I was sent a defective pair of shoes. They forgot to stitch the shoes completely! I'm a little shocked they were sent out like that though.

Stitching came apart after a couple weeks. Returning.

I ordered my standard size but it was so narrow I couldn’t even fit in them.

Terrible quality. The foam shoes on the top of the tongue, the laces look cheap, and the wash directions, which are very visible on the label on the tongue, say “do not dry clean with cloth.” Probably “do not dry clean. Clean with cloth” was intended. Really low quality.

These shoes are clearly a cheap counterfit product. As soon as I pulled them box, it was clear these are not NewBalance quality. Shame on you, Zappos.

I typically wear a 6.5 men’s. I always wear an 8 women’s. These were too small. But more than they feel cheaply made and like they won’t last long. Disappointed that New Balance would sell such a low quality construction.

zappos sent me a used and worn in pair of shoes that don't match the picture of the shoe i ordered- yes, they are both yellow but completely different shoes!

Huge disappointment, did not even last a month. The rubber started separating from the shoe with a couple weeks of wear. I know kids are hard on their shoes but these are the least durable pair I’ve ever seen and I have three boys. They’re really cute but clearly aren’t meant for anything but fashion. Total waste of money.

did not even try these on. I saw that the foam in the tongue of the shoe was totally exposed all around it. I am very disappointed that New Balance would do this....very shoddy on their part. I have worn this particular model for many years and have always been very happy with them..definitely not so with these.

The wrong size was sent despite ordering correctly.

They are way too big for me. I would like to either return them for a refund or exchange them please!

I had to order a second pair because the first came with dog hair inside the shoe as if someone tried them on prior, and shipped them back. Zappos did give me $15 off my second order, but they were too small and the inside foot bad was unattached to shoe floor. Really, bad experienced.
