These shoes are perfect for me, a moderately serious runner. The fit is great, the sole is soft and cushions each landing, which saves wear and tear on my aging legs, and the tread provides good traction (although I haven't yet worn the shoes in the rain). The only deficiency I've found is that there are no reflectors on the shoes. That's a small concern if you only run during daylight hours, but if you run before dawn like I typically do anything that can increase your visibility is beneficial.

Not a better shoe for walking, running, weightlifting, and dancing all night. Spot cleaning with bleach keeps them white. I am still in comfort after 1 year in these shoes and will be getting another pair for work.

Felt Small

Very comfortable. Sole feels extremely soft, like memory foam but more supportive. Back of heel is cut away, which means your foot can pivot side to side if your weight is on your heel. At first, this was unsettling (seemed unstable), but you only notice it if you’re leaning back while standing.

Cushioned foam soal is wonderful. It is very comfortable and forms to your feet for an exceptional fit.

I didn’t even try them on because of the height of the heel. Fresh Foam has good cushioned arch support but this profile looks like I’ll tip over. Worth the money-style just not for me.

One of the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. It’s hard to like any other shoe after you have had these.

The shoe was great and fit correctly. I was looking for more of a walking shoe and this shoe was really designed for running given the shape of the heel and toe. If I were running long distances I would buy this shoe in a heartbeat but that isn't what I was looking for and need a flatter sole.

Super comfy AND attractive. They have good support and cushion. Similar to my Hoka's but with an even cushier ride. My 26 year-old grandson commented on them and said he was going to get some for himself. Would definitely by them again.

I actually love these shoes. I have had several pairs of the 1080's and did not care for the last version (v12) but these are so comfortable it might be my favorite version yet. I walk around 5 miles everyday and these shoes really help with any foot or knee pain.

I love this NB series - the latest update is better than previous versions. Much more support than other NB foam shoes.

Fit was just right, very true to size. I choose wide for a broader toe box. The regular is a little narrow. These are the most cushioned shoes I’ve ever tried. I typically wear Hoka Bondi’s because I work twelve hour shifts, but these beat them for cushioning.

It was a perfect size and fit great. The size ran true. It is the best shoe I've had for a long shift. I usually do a 12 hr shift as nurse extern. I never have any pain either during or after the shift. Great cushioning. Extremly comfortable.

My dress shoe is an 8A. This shoe was a 9D. It fits me fine. I ran in the size 9s today for 3 miles: very comfortable, very well cushioned shoe. The sizes 9.5D and 10D were unnecessarily roomy when I tried them on.

I thought the fit was perfect. I work a standard 12 hr shift on my feet as a nurse extern. After a long shift my feet were no in pain or discomfort.

This is a great shoe, this is my third pair of 1080's always great cushion, the fit is great and they look great!

Size 13 x-wide. Equivalent to either 4e or 5e. Nominal drop of 6mm. I wear them with custom orthotics, so won't comment on arch support. After an exhaustive search, these are the only large, wide shoes I've found with a minimal drop. I would not define the walking sensation as "squishy"; they feel "cushiony" or "springy" to me. You can expect all-day standing comfort.
