Had to switch out laces due to them causing pain to the top of my foot. My favorite style is no longer made, so I was hoping these would be a good replacement.

The shoe was huge. I had ordered a woman's 6 and it said it was a woman's shoe on the site, but when I called, they told me it was a man's shoe.

The shoes were so soft and unsupportive that my plantar fasciitis got so bad i could barely walk. Went back to my merrell barefoot shoes and im am getting back to where i was before trying the hey dude shoes.

Sadly, these shoes are not made for those of us who need half sizes.

Got these and two weeks into having them the tongue started falling apart on both shoes. I then emailed customer service 2-3 times with no reply. I'll never buy or recommend these to anyone.

My order was never delivered. I emailed customer service twice. A replacement order was put in and then a week later you canceled the replacement order. Very disappointing customer service. I wish I could give you an honest review but I never received the shoes after multiple attempts.

To bulky and blocky. must prefer the older style of this shoe.

Never arrived, no one responded to my emails for help. Only response I ever got was finally requesting for a refund.

They managed to make the black ones run a lil larger than the white pair of Cody sport mesh

Less than helpful customer service that provided no quality solutions. will not be ordering from them again.

I placed this order for Fathers Day & it never arrived. I emailed twice-no response! Finally, I called & a reorder was placed order #8055352 & then couple of weeks later, an email arrived stating that I would be issued a refund!! I did not want a refund, I wanted the shoes. Still have not gotten the refund !!

I purchased these in WHITE. The pictures on the website show these as all white, except for the gray back. They are even listed as white. What I received are definitely not white shoes. If anything, these would be considered off white. The sole and the seams ARE white. The body of the shoe itself is rather yellowish off-white. Im very disappointed as Customer Service refuses to do anything other than grant a refund IF I mail them back in a boxbut they were shipped to me in a mailer bag. And Customer Service even admitted after looking at the shoe in person on their end that they dont match the photo colors but chalked it up to differences in fabric, or my computer/phone displayetc. Buy at your own riskif you want a white shoe, this is not it.

I was sent the wrong size . I haven't received my new pair yet . I need to return the first one . I also not received and news as to what is going on with the replacement.

I got the pair and as soon as I opened it there was a strong smell of ammonia resembling cat pee. Waiting for my refund to get another pair.

The design of the shoe looked nice, but the quality was very poor for the price of the shoes. They felt very cheaply made, the material was thin, and the foam on the bottom was reminiscent of styrofoam. You could get this quality of shoe from Walmart for a cheaper price.

Feels like they always are falling off. Might as well wear sandals. Shipping notifications are terrible. Said delivered 3 hours away. Customer service is only good doing online chat. No email response. No Facebook messenger response. The was my first pair and will be the last.

Even though the shoes are great, I give a terrible rating for customer service. I have purchased 5 pairs of Hey Dudes, and went to buy my 6th pair with the coupon that they had emailed to me for $15 off of 50. The coupon would not work, so I contacted customer service twice by email to let them know, and I received no response. I also sent a direct message on twitter to heydude. No response. Then they sent the same email code again, and it still does not work. I can't do business with a company that cannot provide minimal customer service to a customer that has reached out for help.

Ordered these as a birthday gift for my boyfriend and received the COMPLETE OPPOSITE of what was supposed to be delivered.
