They didn't fit and I can't return them. Wish I got a different style

To big need to return

They run big compared to every other pair of Hey Dudes I've purchased. Unfortunate they were final sale and I didn't realize it.

Gave to boyfriend as gift he hates them and their ugly due they look like blue jeans and not like picture

Cheap! Customer service is horrible to return them.

These shoes are much tighter than any of the other HeyDude shoes I have. I tried to return but the customer service rep says that since they were on sale they could not process any return. I sent emails to try and exchange them for a different pair but no one ever responded to my emails. I don't like these and I do not like the customer services not returning messages

Ditto of the previous 3 reviews. Very poor.

Sizing is horribly off. My son has worn the same size shoe for years, regardless of the brand, and these are HUGE by at least one full size! Sadly, even though it is clearly a sizing issue on Hey Dude's part, they will not offer a refund because I assume they are a close out item. For the expense and lack of integrity in sizing, I will never try again. We have looked forward to trying the brand, too. Very disappointed!

I was hoping these shoes were going to be close to the discontinued KOB ECO SOX and they are NOT. They really need to bring the KOB ECO SOX back

I can not wear them. This is the first shoe from here that hurts the top of my foot.

Ugly and too big

My purchase was good but they fit a little big they were size 11 and I made through the app and exchange for a size 10 but it's gonna take more than 14 days just so they could send it that's what I don't like

Returned this due to it being cheap looking/feeling. It shows delivered back to them several weeks ago and have not received any follow up. Have sent two emails to customer service and nothing. May have to just go the credit card route. Such a pain.

Purchased the shoes and they were way too big. Tried to return them and found out that the color I had chosen were marked final sale (others weren't) so I can't return them. This was my first purchase from Hey Dude and is quite frustrating.

Had to return since i wasn't aware they were men's sizes. You should be more upfront on what sizing you're using. Huge difference between a men's and a woman's 8

In the description when I purchased them I wear a 10 and a half website says go next size up I did that and the shoe is too big. Reading their guidelines because it is a final sale I cannot return I do not recommend buying these.

I know every shoe is different, but I ordered the same size I wear in other Hey Dude shoes, and this one was waaaay bigger. I tried new laces and they still fall off my feet. Hugley disappointed

The size if the shoe is significantly bigger than other brands and similar style shoes. The sole of the shoe is thicker than expected, and that makes the shoe feel more like a heavy boot.

Purchased from the website, these ran big and attempting to exchange them has been a process that takes way too long. They say it takes 10-14 days to ship out the new pair. Are you kidding me? I'll suffer through this once but I won't do it again

Love the shoe it's nice and would have been comfortable if it fit. I did not know they where a gender neutral shoe, so they came in men and womans sizes. So when I picked a size 9 I actually picked a size 11. I was not planning to have ro pay attention if I was picking a men's or womans size as I thought they were just womans sizes. Buy the time I went to wear my shoes it was past the return time.

Looked nothing like the picture. Hated it. Returned it. FedEx shows it arrived five days ago. Still haven't received refund

Have a previous Cody, and love them. Wanted a new pair, these are same size but huge, when hold up to old psi foot bed is an inch longer! Sent them back
