I love the Mini's but not the platform

I was super excited to try these boots only for them to not fit . The boots were really hard to get on. I had to return them

My feet felt pain trying to get my foot in. The part that touches the top of your foot is so stiff there is no room for movement. Im actually surprised at the deteriorated quality of UGGs from the ones I bought in 2014.

This is my second time getting defective uggs and I wanted these so bad maybe it's not meant to be and the fact that I have to go through another refund return process without being sent another replacement off hand ridiculous thanks for nothing Ugg

Shoes are impossible to get on without a big struggle, once on not soft toward toe or heal whatsoever. I have a thin narrow foot iv never needed any type of special shoe, the fit all around is not good.

Just complete disappointment!! I was so excited about getting this new pair of Uggs after losing my collection in a house fire last year. I finally chose the perfect pair but when I received them I was shocked at how cheaply made they look and hard feel on my feet. They actually hurt to walk in and ALL my earlier pairs felt like walking on a cloud. NO cushion whatsoever, the thinnest possible fur ever, and the sole resembles cardboard. I have bought at least 25-30 pairs of Uggs over the years but I will have to find an alternative I guess unless the standard of quality comes back to this brand. The only positive is the shipping was super quick. I am so sad!!!

I was very excited but when I received them and used them I was very disappointed. The first thing is that getting your foot in is difficult because the top part where you put your foot in is hard and it hurts when you put your foot in and then when you manage to get your foot in inside It is big, they are also heavy and they look very big

I have narrow feet so trying to get this shoe on is a struggle. I can just see myself breaking a nail every time I attempt to put them on. There should be a zipper. I'm almost always a 9 but these were a bit too small. I really wanted to like them but unfortunately I'll be returning

Absolutely, not what I expected. I would stick to the traditional classic ultra mini. The height proportions on the sole of the shoe give an awkward appearance when worn. In viewing them on line they look super cute, in person they are hideous! I did not like them and would not purchase again.

I've been saving up months to get a pair. They're Impossible to put on without a shoe horn. Fur inside boots is already matted two weeks after purchasing. Quality is so so bad. I should have gotten them from uggs Australia instead.

We bought 3 different styles of Ugg boots for 3 different people in our home, based on the sizing guide on the Ugg website. They were all consistently off by about 1-1/2 sizes - so every pair we bought was way too small. This meant that we had to return everything and did not get what anyone wanted because everything was sold out by that point. There is no excuse for this. It has really turned me off of Ugg products. I will not recommend any Ugg products to anyone.

Unfortunately this it wasn't such a pleasant experience had to be returned.

Runs way too big. Shoes sound like clogs they are so clunky and loud. Very disappointing. Returned.

Out of the box, they looked used or manufactured by a facility other than UGGs. Shotty stitching, and even a piece of fabric left over from the manufacturing process. We have half a dozen pairs of us. These are not UGGs. Beyond disappointed.

Ugg 100% changed their fur inside the shoe. I have a pair from 15 years ago with fur that is still fluffy meanwhile after no exaggeration TWO wears the fur is already completely matted down and not fluffy AT ALL. This company has completely downgraded their products which sucks because it's more expensive that ever. Such a shame because the style is very cute.

I honestly really wanted these for a while and I waited for them because they were on back order. When they arrived they looked good but after about 5 wears the fur inside them is completely matted and squashed down. I've also noticed that when I wear them they give off an odor almost like a wet dog smell. They are not comfortable like other uggs I have bought in the past and it just seems like the quality of them overall has gone way down. I'd say these 100% aren't worth what I paid for and I'm just really disappointed in the product. Definitely do not recommend.

I wanted these so bad and was so excited for them. Sadly I have a wide foot and I couldn't get my foot inside the boot. It was during holiday season didn't feel like going to the post office to return so I just gave them away.

The fir in the back will be worn down after putting these boots on a few times

I am SO disappointed in these shoes. I saved up for these and was so excited to finally buy them. I've only had them for a couple days and the inner lining already looks like I've worn them for years. The fur has clumped up on the inside making them uncomfortable to wear. They shouldn't feel like this after only wearing them a few hours. They're cute but a huge waste of money :(

Ankle fits way too big and sloppy.

i usually wear size 8 in uggs, i ordered these and it was a nightmare to wear them.. i thought that they were small but no, the shoe is true to size. However, while walking, my heels kept on slipping out...so it is just no way for me to go out with these ! comfort has a price, but for this pair it's a total FLOP although i love the look :(
