The heel is too chunky and I love chunky shoes but this doesn't not have support, I've rolled over my ankle multiple times with these shoes, just not worth it, going to return them

These do not feel like the old Uggs and they are already beginning to mat after a few wears. I cannot equate the price to quality with these. "Sustainable" is being used as a marketing ploy for cheaper less durable production. They are comfortable but no longer worth the steep price.

This is the first pair of Uggs I have purchased since around 2012 and the quality change is astonishing. These are not even close to the same luxurious, thick, soft inner and outer material that they once had. I had seen people on social media comparing the differences but I really didn't think it would be this significant. I waited 2 months for these shoes and really regret the purchase. They are not worth the time or money. Sad to see such a great company change their quality so much. The overall shoe is cute but just very very cheap feeling.

I love the look of these, but after a couple short wears the fur looks like I've had it for years. Not holding up like my older uggs. Wish I could still return.

These uggs take me 5 minutes to put on! Unlike any other Ugg's I've owned. I love the convenience of west uggs because they go on so easily. But these are NOT it! I'm not sure if it's just because I have a high arch but I can never get them on! I'm a true 8 and wouldn't size up because once they're on they are super comfy.

I loved them so much for the first week and bought the care kit and waterproofed them and they were perfect. But the inside lining got matted down within a week and now they just don't look as good and the suede is starting to look stringy. I didn't expect them to look this worn over such a short period of time. I'm really sad about it because I saved up for these and wanted them so badly.

It's very cute, but painful. I'm usually a 9.5 in Hoka One and Nike shoes. I also usually wear a 8.5 or 9 in heels. I got this Uggs in 9 first and it was too big. I went in store and they sized me and told me I should get the 8. The 8 fit but my heel still slid up/shoes flopped up and did. They recommended not to go to 7 because it was too small and my toes were squished/touching the end. However, I walked to work and wear this 8 all day and I have rent painful marks on my feet and blisters. I didn't wear with socks because Uggs recommends to not. The front feels small/true to size but the back near my ankle feels big.

I have always worn an 8 in Ugg boots. I ordered an 8 in these and they feel a half size to a full size larger. They are stylish and trendy, but that is their only appeal. They are impossible to walk in. I’m returning this pair. ????
I'd also recommend:

I could tell right away after putting these on that they weren't going to be comfortable. The padding in these is not the same as the ugg classics. I walk hard on my heels (IYKYK) so I need good cushioning and these platforms lack that compared to the classics. The length of the boot itself from front of ankle to toe is longer than the classics as well and made my foot look like I had on clown shoes, even with a size 8. Honestly, I can't believe they've gotten the hype they have. The Tazz Braided Slippers and Goldenstar Clogs are way cuter than these and far more comfortable.

I initially ordered this shoe in my usual size 9, as I've done with Ugg purchases in the past. Upon receiving it, I was immediately captivated by its appearance. However, when I attempted to put it on, I encountered a challenge. The shoe's opening seemed designed for petite feet, making it difficult for me to insert my foot comfortably. Nevertheless, I persevered and managed to get the shoe on, only to find that it was too large once my foot was inside. In hindsight, I should have opted for a refund at that point, but I exchanged it for a smaller size, assuming that the shoe itself was the issue. Unfortunately, this decision proved to be a bigger mistake, as I couldn't even fit my foot through the opening of the smaller size. Now, I'm left contemplating whether to exchange for a size 9 and wear thick socks or simply request a refund. It's disheartening, but this particular shoe is best suited for those with narrow feet. Consider yourself warned!

Comfortable and warm but not for everyday use. This look won't last that long. A bit overpriced.

I was excited to purchase these boots at a reasonable price but unfortunately, it didn't work out. I couldn't get my foot into the boot and I didn't try to force it because I didn't want to ruin it.

Impossible to get on. Really frustrating. Sized up way too big. Did an exchange for my normal size and one foot just could not get on at all. Then I attempted to return them as clearly neither size would work for me and said I was not eligible any more. Completely disappointed in UGG.

These shoes are not made the same as others colors. The stitching is way too narrow to get a foot into it. And now the return/refund is taking way too long to be issued. Def will not order online ever again from Ugg.com

I really liked the look. The ankle cuff was so rigid that it took me almost five minutes to get my foot in the boot. I ended up purchasing the classic ultra mini without the platform as it did not have a rigid cuff.

The ankle portion is almost impossible to get your heel on. Very very disappointing since the shoes are not cheap and it takes at least 10-15 minutes to attempt to get on because they are so inflexible. So unless you want to struggle for 15 minutes to get these on, don't buy them. I would post a video but I just got them on and am not going through getting them back on for the video.

I wanted to love these, but unfortunately they miss the mark in a big way. The Classic Ultra Mini Platform slips far too much when walking, which makes them uncomfortable and honestly a pain point for everyday wear. For a boot at this price point, stability should not be an issue. More disappointing is what's missing on the inside. What happened to the plush, snuggled interior that made UGG iconic? That cozy, bundled shearling feel used to be the hallmark of this brand, and it's noticeably absent here. I never needed socks with my UGGs beforenow I do. That alone says a lot. I used to be a huge fan of this brand and owned multiple pairs over the years, but the quality and comfort just aren't what they once were. Curious if others feel the samewho else finds they need socks with these now? A shameful fall from glory for a once-classic boot.

I haven't even had these Uggs for a year and the fur on the inside became unattached, and I submitted a warranty claim but they denied me. I'm pretty sure they deny everyone. They said it was "normal wear and tear." I only wear them in the winter. What is the point of offering a warranty if they're just going to deny everyone. These shoes are too expensive to be doing that. Very disappointed.

Didn't like how short the shaft was. With leggings, bare skin still exposed. I wish Ugg would bring back the Aimee and Bailey Button.
