The boots are so cute! I’ve been seeing people out with them on so I ordered myself a pair. I’m guessing it’s the way my foot is shaped, but I can’t get my foot even in the boot. The stitching on the front top is so hard so there’s no give to it.

for starters the shoe is hard to get your foot in then when you do get your foot in and begin to walk the shoe is constantly sliding off your foot as if you have on flip flops which causes your socks to be pulled down every step you take so now I'm basically walking around looking like I don't have any socks on I have to constantly stop to pull my socks back up and no it has nothing to do with the sizing I've worn the same size in every Ugg boot even the hard bottom uggs and I've never had an issue. Until I bought these. Don't even waste your time. Maybe try out the new design they came out with for the short platform boot maybe the new design they created on top stops that from happening.

I did not like the color; also too narrow. I wanted because I liked the platform. Hated to return. When you live in Florida you can't wear these shoes often but I wanted them.

These boots are made with the opening of the boot so small I couldn't get my foot inside of them. My feet take a size 7-71/2. Looked great but not if ya can't wear them

DO NOT BUY UGG US. BUY UGG SINCE 1974. AN AMERICAN COMPANY BOUGHT UGG AND THE QUALITY HAS GONE DOWN SO BAD. THANK ME LATER!!!

A woman made me buy her this. What a waste of my time and money.

I brought them in my recommended size but could not get my feet into the top part of the boots. So if you have wide feet don't waste your time or money.

I've been purchasing uggs for years. I like the idea of a easy slip on uggs but this specific pair is really hard to go on your feet, the mouth of the shoes is way too small and I have a narrow feet, I literally have to wiggle my foot hard to fit in it, and this my correct size.

The worse purchase I have ever made. I bought these shoes and tried them on as soon as I started walking I fell to the floor and severely sprained my ankle. It has now been two weeks since this happened and my ankle is still super swollen, stiff (can't move it at all), hurts to stand on it for too long, and I can barely walk. I honestly wish I can turn back time to the day I purchased this shoes and never buy them. I have no idea when I will walk again and every single time I see someone wearing these shoes in public it honestly gives me PTSD.

I have been a size 7 since I was 12 years old and if I could get my foot in them I would probably like them, but this is not the case. I will be returning them.

I am usually a 5 in Ugg. My husband ordered me two pair of these for Christmas and I couldn't get my foot in. I exchanged them for a 6. Still cannot get my foot in. I have high arches. I can't keep sizing up then be sliding all over on the boot. Is there a trick to get them on and stretch them or are these just not good for me in general?

Too expensive and very difficult to wear ugly shoes

Too narrow to even get foot in although I'm sure the foot size would've been perfect. Bummer!

They were impossible r put on. Uncomfortable. Had to Return them. Still waiting on my refund.

My boots came damaged, I've been waiting for so long for them to restock and ship, and now extremely disappointed and disheartened. On top of it all, UGG would not replace them, they basically just told me to wait for FedEx to file a claim, and of course I never heard back and had to contact my bank. Great way to spend the holiday hours

I bought these not long ago, I tried to get them replaced because at that time I had them less than a year and the stitching was loosening and flappy. they said that they cannot replace or fix them for me because I couldve done that myself... how. anyway they are so adorable just do not last for the price.

I have bought many many ugg boots in my life and NEVER have I received a pair in such poor condition.. There was tiny holes all throughout the boots. also the leather was tanned very uneven. This did not feel like a luxury buy. This felt like I was buying cheap knock offs. But I know they aren't cheap knock offs... I am so disappointed in Ugg. I wanted to return but had an outfit planned with them so I wore them and was forced to keep them. This is the poorest quality of materials they used to produce these. I have never been as disappointed as I am now with Ugg.

Looks super cheap! Sheepskin Used to be thick and fluffy and warm. Now looks fake. Even outside is so thin. Company Just care about money.So greedy.

Sadly I stained my boots within the first week. I was shocked at how easily they stained when I dropped one chip on them. I decided to buy a second pair and I stained these within a day. Bought the cleaning kit and ensured I followed the directions and watched videos but these also made the stain worse and discolored the boots. Super disappointed in this.
