When the shoes arrived, they were difficult to get on but too big once my foot was in the shoe. I returned the shoes and ordered a size smaller. The smaller size is yet to arrive.

These are not true to size. I wear a size 8. I've ordered uggs for many years and these are not the real thing. The size 8 is too large and tge size 7 too small. The instep is not correct. I know the feel of an authentic ugg boot and these are not authentic Australian uggs.

ordered my usual size 8 and could not fit the top of my foot in through the top opening of the shoe. I do have a bony top of my foot - wanted to love those but i literally couldn't get my foot into the shoe. sized up and was able to get my foot in (with a lot of effort), but then actual shoe was too big :(

I received these Christmas 2023 and I absolutely loved them. They were very comfortable and looked cute with so many outfits. I used the proper protective spray and never wore them in rain or snow, however these did not hold up for even a year of wearing them. By the end of November 2024, I noticed a small tear on the side of my boot. When I reached out to customer service, I was told there was nothing they could do since it had been over a year since purchase (my husband purchased them the November before Christmas). Such a shame when these were purchased thinking they would be good quality and durable.

I bought these uggs for my wife, she has used them for the first time and the beach shape is all beat up, it seems the material is very fragile and weak, for the price of the product. I would not buy again.

These were incredibly difficult to put on even though the size was correct. I feel over time, the little loop on the back would break bc you have to really tug them on. Once on, they look like clown shoes (huge!) and are hard to walk in as your heel pops out of the shoe. I decided to return these, sadly.

These boots are super cute but extremely hard to get on. My finger turns red and it hurts from trying g to get my foot in.

Shoes are way to tall.hard to walk in.

Purchased these for my daughter and I and have struggled with sizing. I feel like I have 1/2 shoe size or more while wearing a boot sock.

I'm a true size 6.5. The 7's were way too big, my feet were falling out of the shoe. The 6 is way too small, it's uncomfortable and tight. I really have been wanting some Uggs, I thought they would be so comfy and warm and they would be if they fit. I hope half sizes come back in style soon.

Once the boot is on, it is adorable, and I always get compliments. However, they are SO hard to get on. One Morning, my foot must have been swollen from maybe too much salt from dinner the night before, and it took me almost an entire road trip home4 hoursto get the shoe on!! They should definitely make the shoes more giving for people to get them on and off. My foot size is a size 6, so once they are on, they fit great!

I couldn't get my foot through, even though the shoe was my size. Why did you make the passage so narrow? I'm very upset.

They look to big on me

I have a pair of Uggs that I've worn since 6th grade (I'm now 23) and was excited to get platforms! However the fur on the inside is much different than it used to be I've worn mine 3 times and the fur is already matting worse than ones I've had for over 10 years. I've heard this from other people and can sadly confirm the quality has gone down.

The boot opening was way to small to put my foot into a shoe that is my normal size. It would have fit otherwise but I couldn't even try it.

First time I put these boots on I almost broke my ankle trying to walk. They're different from what I wear on a regular basis, but seems dangerous lol

As cute as these are, these are NOT meant for the girlys with a wider foot or wider bridge of foot. As off as it sounds, the hole where your foot goes in is extremely big, however the front seam and the back heel are so tight making it such a struggle to put on. I was only able to get the left foot in after about 10 minutes and still haven't been able to get my right foot in at all. I'm hoping they stretch out. I'm considering taking them back since I haven't been successful getting my foot in lol. It just sucks because they are SOOO cute. For my one foot, it was true to size in my opinion. It's just the awkward stitching that makes it difficult to put on.

Not the same UGG quality I am accustomed to. Who's making your boots now? My last UGG purchase ever. The last couple of years I've been noticing a lesser quality but this year-I'm done!

I had to return these- they were too big and I normally wear an 8 in the minis- they are also very heavy with the platform and were clunky

I received these exact boots for Christmas 2022 I love everything about them. I ruined them so i recently replaced them and they are NOT the same. If you aren't replacing your boots you'd loved them but seeing that i expected the exact boots I bought a while back I'm very disappointed. *The outer material is different/not as smooth *The front part of the ankle is higher *The bottom is some sort of plastic

These shoes are really shallow and the stitching on the upper top of the foot is so tight and inflexible, I broke a sweat trying to put these on. I barely managed it and once on they were very comfortable but I couldn't keep them.

First: it came stained and unfortunately I noticed the the stain only when I stepped outside in the daylight over wise ai would return them. Second: the color is not exactly as picture Third: as other reviews stated it is soo hard to pull in the foot, but once the feet are in they feel pretty large

My usual size 7 was huge and looked like I was wearing clown shoes. I sized down to a 6 but unfortunately they are a little snug in the toe area - yet somehow are still big in the heal.

After I got it on it fit fine but the foot opening is too small.

I received a set of bear paw similar shape and color, and returned them to order these instead and it is a MAJOR regret. I have tried them on with 4 different outfits just to see if I like them haven't worn them outside or even walked out of my room and the fur is already completely matted down and I have to wear with thick socks for it to be comfortable. Was pretty shocked considering my uggs from 2012 are still in amazing shape and worn very frequently. They are not for the weak ankled. The boot itself has a very rigid structure but it has no ankle support whatsoever and because they are platform style you can't bend your foot much when you walk. I really wanted to love these and was so excited to get them in the mail, but will not be purchasing from Ugg again :(
