The product itself is cute. I bought the black ultra mini platforms in a size 7. I was so excited for the arrival, however these Uggs are so difficult to break in/ put it on. It took me over a week to break in and finally be able to wear them. I never had this issue before with my Uggs so this is a first. Also the insoles aren't as fluffy as they use to be. I understand reducing cost but it's noticeable! It's not like the cost of the shoe is reducing in stores but are getting more pricey?

I think they are so cute, but sizes run large. I am a size 9 and it looked like I was wearing clown shoes. I did end up sizing down and it fit and looked better, but it is tight around the ankles now and is harder to put on

This boot is cute but it is almost impossible to get your foot inside because of the narrow stiff opening. The 3 stars are for the fact once the boot is on it's comfortable but unless your sock is really thin, this boot hurts pulling on. Wearing a size 8 and typically wear a 7.5 so I also know it's not a sizing issue as I have extra room at the end.

I wanted to love these because I've seen them on so many people. I'm 5'7" and a size 9.5 and the platform just looked too big for me and made my feet look huge. I ended up getting the regular ultra minis.

The boot is comfortable but very hard to put on. The opening of the shoe is not wide enough to put your foot in without trouble.

I do really love these boots, the only issue I have with them is the platform isn't just one it looks like 3 soles glued together. I would have enjoyed them better if the platform was either all one or a little shorter of a platform.

Very comfy and warm. Also goes great with many outfits. DOWNSIDE .. watch ur ankles lol. I broke my ankle at the airport w these because they solely have no ankle support

After reading all the reviews and comments that certain people had a hard time putting it on I decided to order a size up I wish I would have stuck to my original size 7 the 8's are too big I was looking forward to wearing them too an fall event.

I own a pair of ultra minis already in a size 9, so I bought the exact same size in these thinking they would be the same. I was completely wrong, I should have gone down a size or 2. The platform on them is so big as well, I think because of how structured they are, they aren't made to stretch out like normal ultra minis. The suede used to make them is not as soft as other classic uggs which was a little bit of a let down. Overall I suggest sizing down, I wish I had of! Still such an amazing show regardless!!

Like everyone else said, it is very hard to get on, but once on, they are great. I bought the Navy ones while i am waiting for my mustard seed ones to ship. i thought i would end up canceling the mustard seed cause they looked awesome. Sadly they arrived and the platform portion looks navy/black verse a more tan contract - it looks a bit weird, so thinking i will send them back

love uggs i have many pairs all in size 8 and have never had this issue before. i figured since i have the regular boot, the mini ones would be true to size. They took me at least 15 minutes to put on. The seam to the ankle hole does not allow enough space for the heel to slide in. after alot of wiggling and a chunk ripped out of my finger they fit as a regular size 8. I wonder if sizing up would fix this problem but i also worry that the actual sizing once shoes are on would be too big. Hopefully they loosen up over time!

Runs big was too wide for me

The product is good, it was supposed to he a gift, I left a message and everything to send the order as a gift with a small letter. Unfortunately they ruined everything cus the package was received as a normal purchase with no card or no message.

Way to tight for the shoe and oddly sticky

They are so cute but I couldn't get my foot in there. The ankle part is way too tight.

Be careful do not break your ankle like I did.

They run big and came with a middle crease and one shoe has a little discoloration. I'm a 7 which was too big so exchanged for 6

I love the Ultra Mini Platforms but I wish they were lined in sheepskin. I replaced all of my Tasmans and Tazzs to get the new ones with the sheepskin lining. I don't like the Uggpure lining that these still have. And it's a shame because I like the grey

Love this Ugg been wanting it for a while but it's so hard to wear and gets stuck around the ankle while slipping it on or taking it off. Not practical at all

I keep twisting my ankle ad foot. Platform sole is not stable.

It was so hard to get my foot into the boot. Not sure why it was so difficult. They were not comfortable and not worth the money.

I didn't expect the platform to as tall as it is, that may have been my mistake but it's very tall. I don't like them very much personally, I heard that I should size up but I regret doing that, I believe they're true to size.

I've been a fan of Ugg boots for many years and have purchased multiple pairs. I have never been disappointed with Ugg quality until now. I ordered the ultra mini platform in Chestnut. The suede upper felt rough and poor quality. There were multiple scuffed areas on both boots with discoloration. Returning boots.
