Do not purchase Ugg online. The website will not work properly, and returns and exchanges system does not work.

I purchased these in the fall of 2023. I wore them once and set them aside for forgetting how uncomfortable they were. I tried them out again this fall and I wish I had return them in the 30 days cause they are not the shoe for me. My heel rubs against the back and because I missed the 30 day return window I'll be selling them on eBay. They are also really really heavy and narrow for my foot

Honestly the boots are tighter in the ankle area mind you I have skinny feet lol and in the front is wide , they are super heavy and ran big on me in length , it was just not comfortable, why make them so heavy , just felt weird

I regret buying these shoes. They gave me painful blisters while traveling, and I could barely walk. They're too heavy, uncomfortable, and not worth the money. Very disappointed, and I do not recommend them.

Very uncomfortable around the ankle. The material is not soft , and it digs into the back of the ankle

Very disappointed as someone with wide feet one of the reasons I love eggs is because they fit comfortably. These were so narrow even sizing up they didn't fit. Also disappointed with how hard they were again one of the reasons I buy uggs is because they're so soft and comfortable! These had no fur or cushion. One of the worst purchases of be ever made by ugg

Ordered a size 10 and they fit so tight. I have to send them back but they were a gift and it looks like I can't get the next size up. I'm so disappointed.

Was looking forward to receiving this boot. When they arrived the boot was suede and not leather as stated in the product description. Disappointed and don't trust the stated assertion that the boot is waterproof. They are being returned.

Way too heavy of a shoe. Not flattering unless ur more heavyset I believe.

I ordered these boots in September and they arrived very quickly. I love them, they are comfortable and roomy and would love to keep them. However, I wore them once around the house to make sure that the fit was good and that they Al were comfortable. They were and I put them back in the box where I always store my shoes. I went to wear them the other day and when I pulled them on the tab ripped. I went to the Great Lakes Crossing Ugg Outlet to do a return or exchange and the lady at the register would not help me. She said they have been worn and it's normal wear and tear. How is that normal wear and tear when I wore them once to make sure they fit and then when I went to wear the boots out of the house they ripped?!? That is a defect!
