This product is super comfortable, I am usually a size 8 and order a 1/2 size bigger just in case, it fit perfect and comfortable for wide feet.

Looks good on you, mature and gorgeous but I didn't expect that the platform would be that heavy. I got little bit bigger on my feet but with thick socks will be perfect and cozy. Unexpected warm, pretty sure they will be ok for the winter.

Perfect fall boots! I got a 9.5. Initially when I put them on they were really tight and hard to put on. Once broken in they're the perfect fit! So I definitely recommend walking around the house for a day in them as well as wear thin socks!

These boots are very attractive and cutting-edge but I had to return them because they just weren't comfortable for me. I must mention though, that I have problems with my feet, especially with a heel that's more than one inch in height. They were also a little hard to get into.

Other reviews stated that the shoe was really narrow and I went with the general suggestion and sized up. I do not consider my feet narrow at all but I guess they are not wide either. Unfortunately sizing up did not work out for me and I have to return them and reorder my original size which are out of stock :(
Anyways, stunning shoe! I can't wait to get them in my usual size.

I ordered these cute chunky boots online and they came in the next day, I was shocked. So 5/5 for that! I ordered my usual size and didn't find them small, if anything I have a little extra space in the boot but in a comfortable way. I thought they were a bit taller, kind of short and stocky but that's my only complaint and hard to judge online so my own risk. For the price though they don't compare in quality to Dr Martens. They feel a little light and cheap, nothing about the boot really pops out, but I'm still happy with it. Just wish it wow'd me lol. 4 out of 5 stars from a hard to please girl.

These boots are cute and I love them but I was forced to order a bigger size because my size was out of stock. I wish UGG would recognize when a product is popular and stock more sizes. Even after I order they keep coming up in ads and I keep checking back to see if they have my size with no luck. If something is popular restock it!!

The accurate color is not mustard rather pale cream/gray. There is no difference in the color between the waterproof material and the clothe Ugg embroidered sleeve. I will be returning, unfortunately.

The boots were very cute but in the end didn't match my style. I also didn't find them as comfortable as other combat-style boots I've tried, they felt odd in the toe box. I ended up returning.

I love these! But they arrived with one of the back pull tabs broken - I have not been able to get ahold of any customer service to help so it's been frustrating. But boots are great!

The front flares out quite a bit. Looks like a horse's hooves to me. They look great in the picture but irl, not so much. Will be returning unfortunately

I bought the Brooklyn Chelsea boots because they were so cute and literally goes with any outfit. But the problem comes about half a day into wearing the boots.
I'm not sure if it's the sock part but it scraps your ankles raw if you don't wear mid calf socks or over leggings.
The material is also easily stained by water and hard to remove.

I was so excited to finally come across a pair of these boots in my size, but was sadly disappointed to receive a pair of shoes that look like they have already been worn. Took the boots out of the box to try on and noticed that there was dirt on the bottom of one of the boot heels and there was something chalky looking on one of the other boots on the suede material. I understand that returns happen, but you would think there would be some sort of quality checks done on returns before shipping out to customers. For the price tag on these boots, definitely not happy to receive this pair in this condition. Returning and hoping that my size will be back in stock again soon from UGG website where I hopefully won't experience issue with receiving worn and dirty pair.

I got size 10 as always for the boots but they felt half a size too big. Also the heel didn’t feel comfortable- the material kept digging into my heel when walking. Decided to return because I would not be able to walk in them in a long run. They are super cute though.

The boot pull on strap broke on the first use and not from over pulling as the top is knit and can be pulled on partially via the knit top.The boot is very heavy so difficult for walking and packing for travel. Other than that the boot is attractive for casual use. Btw, I purchased both the black and green boots.

The boots are very cute but not comfortable. The inside of this boot is very narrow. My feet are not wide at all which is why I was surprised at the fit. I love the style but because of the narrow design of the inside it makes them very uncomfortable to wear. I like the style but I won't be wearing them much.
