My teenage son is distance runner and had the worst time finding comfortable ski socks due to the size of his calves. He spent all of spring break using the extra stretch socks and declared he wouldn't ski in anything else!

My husband wears these socks as he has a circulation problem and it really helps. Keep his feet and legs warm.

These are the ONLY "over the calf" sock I've ever tried that could actually fit over my calf. These have been a GODSEND for skiing as all other socks were so tight that they cut off my circulation.

Great socks comfortable they do the job

I have wide calves and skiing is always uncomfortable but these socks are awesome. Gray stretch!

I just got back from Colorado skiing with my family. This is the first time I bought smart wool knee-high's for skiing and they were perfect. My feet never hurt in the ski boots and they were always warm. And the knee highs were a great protection for my shins.

I bought these for my mom. She absolutely loves the ski socks and the fact they go up over the calves. This is her winter go to sock no matter where she is, if inside or out at a bonfire or walking around her feet stay toasty. This blue pair was a good addition to the collection. she is not sure about the extra stretch since her calves are not huge but she could see the plus side for the need. she hopes this helps others.

The low cushion still feels kind of thick for a ski sock, but they are comfy and well made

Already loved this style but then discovered the wide calf version. Wear them regularly in the colder months. So comfy, warm, and don't ride down. Please make more color variations and sock varieties with extra stretch please.

Best sock and only ones I use for skiing

I've been buying smartwool socks for over 20 years and they never disappoint. These ski socks are just the right thickness and although I have yet to take them out for a trial run, I know from past purchases that they will keep me warm.

Purchase these as a gift for all skiers in my life. I use them as well and they've held up great for years and years. Worth the money and you will have them for season after season.
