Comfortable and great for walking.

I'm happy with fit, ease of use, weight distribution, and appearance

PLEASE MAKE SOME EVERY DAY WEARABLE COLORS! Outside of the color scheme I do love these shoes. Good comfort with plenty of space for your toes. Been wearing altras for years now. Paradigm was my first type and probably my favorite.

Use these for work where I regularly walk 40-50 miles a week. EVERY.SINGLE.WEEK. These last me about 3 months till they are pretty much toast. I'm happy with the comfort over the miles and durability. I previously used the Torin 7's and much prefer these for a long haul walker.

I absolutely love these shoes! I have had Hokas, and these are much more comfortable in my opinion. I have a high arch and I love the support these give while still giving my toes plenty of room for activities, like wiggling! I am so glad to have found these.

Zero drop helped to eliminate my knee pain. It's truly remarkable. Very comfortable. I'm happy with the size of the toe box. I originally ordered my usual size but had to move a half size up. No biggie because of their return policy and excellent customer service.

I work 12 hrs a day on concrete and walk fast and hard. I've tried every Hoka and every work boot imaginable but never had a shoe that I could wear without needing inserts for my arch. Hands down the solution to my plantar fasciitis!!!!

2 pairs, one for work, other for casual. Purchasing my 4th pair the replace walking regiment.

The Paradigm 7 is currently my daily trainer. I will be getting another pair when winter is over

Compared to the Turin 7, this shoe had a taller toe box was needed for a toe issue I'm having and the stability rails on the sides were useful for support/fit for the back half of my foot.

It's nice and lite and the cushion is a little flimsy but nothing a good insoles fix.

It feels comfortable and reduces knee pain.

These shows are the best for width and narrow and true to size. They are made of good materials and they wear comfortable and light weight. Great for everyday walkers and runners. Best shoes I have owned in a very long time and the wear down evenly! If you looking for pair of great comfortable shoes than these are the ones for you!

Walking

This was my first pair of Altra shoes, and I was a little concerned about purchasing these because I heard zero-drop shoes were a little more raw and harder on you. I can say that while that is probably true, these shoes are absolutely fantastic for building up nice calves and quads because they allow your body to run more naturally. I will never buy another pair of running shoes! In addition to the top tier quality in these shoes, which show almost no wear after 400 miles of running and various conditions over a year, Altra has some top quality customer service. So if you do run into an issue, they will address it as best they can.

I decided to take these shoes out for the maiden voyage while going away on a camping trip! I went hiking, running, and biking with them. They felt like a tailored shoes with how perfect the sizing was.

I like to run both on the treadmill and on the streets. These shoes hood up great and don't leave me in pain after a run. They have support in all of the right places. They are the perfect balance and I would highly recommend them.

I left a bad review for the Outroad model because of the sizing issue & having to return them, etc.wish I could update. If you buy those go 1/2 size up. But the Paradigm 7's are perfect. Sizing is true and similar to the Timp 4's with a little more room all around. I will buy a 2nd pair of these. Highly recommend!

This shoe fits my sizing perfectly! It's well constructed and seems like its made to last for many and many miles. I have gone through countless running shoes where they fall apart after a few runs and you can tell this is not that! They are like running on clouds, they are insanly comfy. This is my new go to!

The shoe features a sturdy and durable upper construction that has shown no signs of wear or tear, even after logging many miles. The reinforced toe cap provides extra protection and extends the lifespan of the shoe. Additionally, the outsole has excellent traction, allowing for confident running on various surfaces, including wet or slippery conditions. The overall fit of the Paradigm 7 is true to size, and the lacing system provides a secure and customized fit. The upper materials are breathable and keep my feet cool and dry, even during longer runs in hot weather. I appreciate that Altra pays attention to detail in the shoe's design, with minimal stitching and overlays that reduce potential friction points and hot spots.

These shoes were great when I went to the gym and used the treadmill as well as on the road. They are cushioned and fit great without much heel slippage. The one thing I was worried about when I first got them was the toe box being much larger than shoes I have worn in the past. However, after wearing them, I have been pleasantly surprised by how much I like that feature for these shoes. Overall, this is a great shoe and I highly recommend them.

The most comfortable road shoe I have ever worn. And the guide rail..... it's just a little lateral support. A whisper to your foot saying, "stay in the right position my friend." Like a few drops of maple syrup in an old fashioned drink. Just a little something to take it to the next level.

These are a super comfortable running shoe, whether you're running on the treadmill or outside. The upper toe area is such an unique design that helps keep your toes comfortable throughout your entire run. My feet did not experience any fatigue at the end of my run. I highly recommend these shoes.

These shoes feel great and sturdy. I like the little bit of heigh they give and you can really feel the max support just walking around in them. They fit comfortable and aren't too soft but not too firm either. They are a great balance. They run true to size and width as well as true to color described. They grey/lime green is very nice with the subtle hint of color that elevates it for me versus just grey or white pair of shoes. I really enjoy running in these shoes and inner on getting another pair. I'm interested to see how long this pair will last. I would recommend this shoe.
