I love how lightweight yet supportive the shoes are for running outdoors. The lightweight design is great because I did not feel like my feet had weights attached like some shoes can do. When my foot hit the pavement I did not feel jarring with my foot strikes like I do with other running shoes. It was if I was floating with my strides. The rocker design is a great feature that helped improve my foot strikes and improving my running strides. I would purchase this shoe over and over again. It's well worth the purchase and is helping me to improve my run times!

I'm a nurse practitioner who is on my feet for 12 hour shifts. The Altra FWD Experience offers cushioning from heel to forefoot. I cannot recommend these enough!!

I had the pleasure of trying out the women's Altra FWD shoes, and I must say, they exceeded my expectations. These shoes are a game-changer when it comes to comfort and performance. Very comfortable and lightweight. Hoping they'll last for awhile. Wore them at Disney for two days in the park and my feet weren't as sore as they normally would be.

This shoe is healing my hip pain from Hoka Cielo. My husband wanted a second pair- he loves the white color! He too had no pain for once. We're in mid-late 50s and only use neutral low drop shoes.

Wowowowowow! The way I ran to my local Fleet Feet when I saw these on Instagram. I've always been curious about Altras for their foot shape but have never successfully transitioned to a zero drop shoe, but do regularly run in 4/5mm drop shoes. And I gotta say, after 3 runs I am in love. This shoe is cushy but responsive and such a smooth ride. I am about to have every color lol. I do agree, runs about a half size small but since this was my first pair of Altras I tried them on and purchased them from Fleet Feet.

Very impressed with the Women's Altra FWD Experience tennis shoes. They are so comfortable! The large heel is like walking on clouds and keeps my arches supported daily as I walk on our hardwood floors. These are great casual shoes or for every day wear around the house. I love to run errands in them as they are supportive, comfortable, and the colors are very sharp and trendy! I have never owned shoes from this brand but will be purchasing more. The higher tongue on the back of the shoes makes putting them on easy and provides extra ankle support. When I am running around throughout my crazy day, I feel these shoes are secured nicely and supporting my feet adequately to eliminate any arch pain.

First off these shoes are absolutely gorgeous, I really love the style and colors selection! These shoes are made for running, I've been running in them all week and my feet don't feel fatigue after because they're super comfortable and I love that they add to me height. They're very lightweight and worth it!

Ordered my usual size but feels small and a little narrow. Will try a size up. Very lightweight and the cushioning feels great! Excited to try on a run with the right size

For those of you who have been nervous to try out Altra's typical zero drop shoes in the past, this shoe is for you! And for those who are die hard Altra fans like me, this shoe includes all the other features we know and love! The shoe's rocker complements the 4mm drop and just begs you to run in them. It's a nice little boost that gets you moving and staying out there. I love that this shoe has a roomie toe box with Altra's standard foot shape. My go-to road shoe in the past was Altra's Rivera - this shoe has a similar lightweight feel but a little more space and a rocker with a similar feel to the Via Olympus. I'm a big fan of the cute color options they have available for this model too! Disclaimer: I received these shoes for free.

Got the size I normally get as fits perfect. I love the wide toe box, responsiveness and bounce the shoe gives! This is for sure my new go to training shoe!

I love how this shoe propels me on my runs. It's great for both easy runs and speed sessions. The new low drop makes for a nice subtle change from my regular use of zero drop. Plus- love the look!

If I had to pick two words to describe these shoes it would be COMFORT and GLIDE. they have become my new go to shoes for road runs. I feel like they help my form and help me keep going forward.

These are well cushioned and a good option for people who don't want to go to a full zero drop. Also, this has a narrower toe box than the Original Foot Shape Altras, so it's a good option for people who prefer a slightly narrower fit.

This is a fit that is slightly less snug than the Rivera. The foot feels super secure for faster runs on road or smooth trail. Rocker propels gently forward. Love for race/run recovery and taper week!

I have been rocking the zero drop for over two years now, but this shoe has converted me back to the drop side (for one shoe). The shoe feels light and responsive. Felt like I could run to the moon!

These are awesome. Out of the box, they were comfortable. I've taken walks, gone on slower runs, and have done a speed workout in them, and they're comfortable for all. They feel pretty lightweight and are responsive. I like them most for tempo runs, though, because of its rocker shape. It really does make you want to propel forward. They are my new favorite speed work shoe!

I am using this shoe on my 3-6 mile road runs so far. The toe box still has a good amount of space and it feels really comfortable! I'm a fan!
