Bought this for my husband for Christmas and he was a little skeptical because it felt so light. After wearing for the past couple days in this northeast weather he was surprised at how warm it kept him.

Awesome coat. It's very warm. The only thing I would change would be to add a zipper pocket on the inside for my cell phone.

I picked up the Men's Aconcagua 3 Jacket from The North Face after wearing my last North Face coat completely ragged, and I'm really glad I gave a different style a shot. I'll admit, I was hesitant at first. When you find a jacket you love, switching it up feels risky. But this one won me over fast. It's warm without feeling bulky, lightweight but still does the job on cold days, and easy to layer when the temperature really drops. The fit is clean and modern, not puffy or oversized, which makes it easy to wear pretty much anywhere. Running errands, heading to work, walking outside, or just being out and about, it works for all of it. It looks good enough that you don't feel like you're just wearing a "weather jacket." Best of all, it passed the toughest test. I got full approval from the teens, tweens, and my partner, which honestly says everything. If a jacket can check that many boxes, it's doing something right. If you're looking for a dependable, comfortable jacket that looks good, wears well, and feels like something you'll reach for every day, the Men's Aconcagua 3 is a solid pick. I'd absolutely buy it again.

Loved it! Fits great, and certainly an upgrade from my old TNF 1996 Nuptse puffer. I've had that puffer for 7-8 years and decided to upgrade to something slightly different, and I'm really glad I did. True to size and color. Highly recommend!

My nephew loves this jacket. It's definitely warm, wind proof, but not so much water resistant. It runs true to size, and worth the money.

I bought this for my grandson who is at college that year. At home when it was cold he would wear his football letter jacket - don't wear that in college. He loves the color and is very happy with the coat, although he hasn't had the chance to wear yet, he is looking forward to wearing it.
