Defective jacket with a hole after one wear. North Face denied my warranty claim. Poor quality control and terrible customer service. Never buying again!

Stains easy

Wore this jacket a handful of times and the zipper pull came off because some zipper teeth broke. I have to pay to ship the jacket back for repair with an 8 week turnaround so I won't have a winter jacket. Horrible policy and defective product.

You touch one thing with this and it stains. Doesn't come out. Just the worst.

I received the order one month back , wore it today second time and threads started coming out, called help line, they asked me to send to repair center at my cost and wait for reply. Chicago is going to be cold and nf wants me to be without jacket after spending such a big amount

Returned it! logo was plastic not thread.. it was used. Had a paper towel in pocket. Very disappointed

No cumpli con mis expectativas

I am not picky and jacket fit great and I loved the color but I agree with other reviewers that the color was dirty around collar and stains showed up just wearing it out to dinner. I emailed support and Jesica told me no one had problems with color changing but after looking at reviews plenty of people had same problem. I just want a replacement but Jesica blew me off and told me to contact warranty. So disappointed in North Face!!! They need to own up there is a problem and not pretend there isn't. I have plenty of Patagonia and North face products I am a big skier but this the first let down!!

Wouldn't buy again. The color was dirty when I received. It appeared to have been worn.

Zipper broke on the first day. Still waiting for replacement.

Buyer beware!! I received a knock off north face jacket. The logo is not embroidered and the tags are fake. Zipper is cheap. Very disappointed in Zappos.

I bought this jacket for my son on sale. He needed a smaller size. NF does not do even exchange. You need to return n buy again. Makes no sense! Since it was on sale I need to pay full price?! STUPID!

I didn't use it I returned it. I didn't like it material used for insulation was not properly distributed. And stitching was also not good.

I have been a NF fan and consumer for 5-10 years now and have multiple products. Big fan but very disappointed with the quality and fit of the jacket that arrived this am. Returning it instantaneously.

This jacket is enormous and feels cheaply made compared to earlier versions. The sleeves are way too long. Not fashionably baggy, just feels mis-sized.
