The zipper in the pocket has already broken after about a month of use. I have no zipper problems on 3 North Face jackets now. I am done purchasing coats from North Face. Sure there is a warranty, but I have to pay to ship it at my cost to see if they will fix it. Unacceptable.

Comfortable amd warm, but the color was more yellow than expected. Slightly too big.

The jacket is very comfortable but instantly saw feather coming out after the first wear. Was hoping for better quality!

Jacket sleeves are 1" - 2" inches too long. I'm 6ft, 175 lbs and a NF size M usually fits perfectly -- this jacket, however, seems to have been designed for a gibbons!!!

The feathers started to come out after wearing one time so disappointing had to ship it back

Bought for my son. Fit true to size. I wish the logo was embroidered and the zipper quality was better. The zipper came off the first week he wore the jacket. It was still under warranty and I was told to ship at my own expense to North Face to be repaired. It been more that two months since the received the jacket for repair and I never got a confirmation saying they received it. I had to call them and they confirmed receipt and let me job it would take 2 months to repair because it their busy season. It's past two months no updates and the jacket has not been returned yet. It's winter so I had to purchase another jacket for my son because it was his only jacket. I am very disappointed in the quality and service.

Within a week, you might see small areas where feathers are poking through. It doesn't look nice.

No. The zipper slider broke and the entire zipper has to be replaced. That's an additional 70 dollars.

I am loyalty customer. I bought a coat recently, but l found the coat has the logo printed on it, because I have a winter coat washed out with the painted logos so I wanted to return, but the l never had that returning was so difficult, that customer service couldn't help. I feel so bad.

it was a great jacket then i realized that their is no tightening string on the side to make the jacket match up with your body Im skinny so without the string to tighten it up it's a terrible fit.

Way to thin online make it seem more of a winter then a normal

Even though the coat is light and stylish, the quality I feel will not last. Second day wearing it and the feathers have already started coming out.
