I use this coat when the temperature is under 50 degress. But I don't like how the collar on the right side keeps sticking up because my eye keeps being drawned to it.

The jacket has a hole in it and spots. I love the jacket but not sure about the quality. This is my first North Face purchase, ever! I tried to look up the order in my account and couldn't find it to call and ask for my options. Now, I can at least confirm that I ordered it 1/12. Can you help me with anything about this order and your policy?

Love the jacket. Somewhere in two weeks of minimal use walking outside from building to car only, a small tear is now on the front with no idea how it happened. Must be more delicate than one would think? Don't think there are options to have it replaced. Feels frustrating.

Fits small , sleeve length is short

It's a nice jacket and all but I put some WATER on it and now I see a water mark on it.

Arms are big. Colors are not my favorite. Otherwise it's comforting

This product runs big. My son is a slim male and wears a medium in men's. So we got a medium size to fit smaller with clothes on and it was still very big fitting

Perfect for chill temperatures . It does appears to be bigger, it was way skinnier. When wearing in cold, needs more layers.

I purchased this jacket for my grandson. After three days of normal use, the zipper had broken. Very disappointing, but North Face came thru in the end. I'm a satisfied customer because of a very able customer service department!

Great quality but disappointed by the white iron on of "the North Face". Can't believe I didn't read it in the description/detail of jacket. It makes the jacket look like a fake North Face.

The jacket is comfortable,warm,lightweight. The only problem is that some feathers are coming out.

The jacket is really nice overall. It's pretty warm and the green color was quite unique in person. Unfortunately, feathers do come out and have been daily.

Love a lot about this coat. As a 6'0 tall woman, the mens small is the perfect fit. However, there is no exaggeration 50 plus spots where feathers are poking out.

I am using my new puffy coat for everyday use like going to class or out at the store or even hiking. I love how it feels lightweight and yet I am still feeling really warm. I will say a big issue is for some reason the feathers in my coat are starting to come out through small holes which is very bad. I am not sure if all of them are like this or just mine in particular. Just make sure this is not a problem for you. Overall it's a solid coat, just don't like the quality defects for something so expensive.

I am wearing this jacket for the first time and there are already feathers poking out in numerous places. I like the style of the jacket but seriously, one day of use and it falls apart?

Material is cheap. Feathers coming out through outer shell. Stains Easy. 1 year jacket.
