I tried both Petite med and petite lg and the drawstring for the waist was 2 to 3 inches too high, making it uncomfortable so, sadly, I'll be returning them. I really loved this jacket otherwise. I'm saddened.

these are lovely stylish well made but i ordered them as "utility jacket" for gardening and the pockets are too small to hold an iphone or anything else. it's a great city jacket if you are carrying a bag. also jacket fit nicely, but sleeves are too long for gardening! returning, sadly.

This is a lovely jacket, well made and designed. I found the fabric was coarser than I expected but still very nice. Perhaps it will soften up a bit with wear.

The natural feel and color (olive) is exactly what I wanted. I was surprised that the waist cord was so high on the jacket. At 5'10" and big-busted in the 3X, this was an empire waist. Not at all as it looks on the model. I had more slender friends try it on, but it has the same empire waist (right up under the bust if you don't watch Jane Austin movies) effect on everyone. Well, I don't have to use the cord, so I'll ignore it. At my height, the 3X falls just at lower hip. I wish it were longer. It's longer on the model. The other drawback is that I hoped to have utilitarian pockets that could hold guide books and a small pair of binoculars. The pockets themselves are large, but the openings are not accommodating. I'm keeping this because I like the look and feel of it, but it is not really a "utility" jacket. I think the barn jacket comes closer, and there are men's jackets with lots of big pockets. This is a nice light jacket good for walking, but it's not really a birdwatcher's, horse owner's, or take a sandwich and a water bottle long walker's jacket. Which is what I expect of a utility jacket.

My favorite jacket ever, but I had a treat in the pocket and my new rescue dog ate the pocket! I still have the jacket I want to fix. Women need jackets with interior pockets like my favorite jacket had-it is great for travel for your passport. We also need a jacket with an interior pocket for our phone-I don't want it over my breast and the angled lower pockets mean the phone could fall out. But the jacket needs to be a slim safari jacket that is cool and modern. And epaulets on shoulder. That is the jacket I am still looking for that you had years ago.

Quality and style were excellent. I am 5'2" and the petite was way too long for me in the body and sleeves so I had to return it.

I smidge boxy for my body shape; I'm tall, lean but pear shaped. That said it has this handy draw strong at the waist to give it shape. This is what ultimately made my decision to keep it. Copper color is beautiful and the fabric is good quality.

Great color and perfect fit. There are two chest pockets that snap. The iPhone7 fits snugly in these pockets, but is too tall to snap the pocket. There are two other pockets that are deep enough for the iPhone7 and wallet and passport. However, these two have no zipper/snap/button/velcro. If they could be closed somehow, I would give this jacket five stars. A minor thing that I appreciate is that the tag on the inside of the collar is tacked only on the ends. So it's a loop, and you can hang the jacket on a hook. (I like hooks, and have them in all my closets.)

Cute jacket that's a nice lightweight for spring or fall. It was a bit tight for me, and I didn't love the clay color, which was like a rust-orange. I sent it back but would purchase again in a larger size and different color.

I like this jacket, it's comfortable and enough room for me to wear layers for fall. It is more of a lighter weight than I expected but the cotton weave looks strong and durable. Only thing that would make it a 5 star jacket is that the lower pockets need to have a button or zipper to keep it closed so things don't fall out.

This jacket needs more practical pockets, specifically interior or exterior pockets that will fit a cell phone and a small zip pocket for keys. The pockets are too small and shallow, and there is no interior pocket. I'm tempted to return it for that reason, but I'll probably keep it. I'm usually a size 6 and tried the Small and Medium. The small fit perfectly over a light shirt, but I went with the medium for layering.

Nice Fall light jacket. Everything about it is a positive: zipper,pockets. I ordered a petite and it still covers my hips for cooler days.

Love the color. It fits well. Fabric is a little still. Hoping it will soften up after washing.

This jacket was heavier than I expected. It is very stiff, hopefully with wear it will become more pliable. It's probably my fault, I was looking for a jacket to wear over everything, like a Jean jacket. This is more of a coat. I'll keep it and wear it to soccer games. I often need a heavy jacket at those. It fits true to size and can be adjusted at the waist.

I'm looking forward to using it when the weather cools down. It is a sturdy fabric and well made. I ordered Petite XS based on some reviews regarding the fit, but it was too short-waisted for me. I returned it and ordered a Regular S, which is what I would have normally ordered. It fits great and I like the copper brown color.

Jacket is heavier than I thought but the fabric has stretch which is good. Ordered my regular size.

This is a very nice medium weight jacket more for spring and fall. I returned it for a different version in Khaki that comes with a hood. The sizing is accurate.

Nice jacket for spring/fall. Pockets are ok, no inside pocket through. Would have given 5 stars but the sleeves are on the tight side and without lining. This makes it a bit of a struggle to put on over a long sleeve top.

The jacket is very nice, well made, true to size (I bought a small regular in navy). To be perfect it would be nice if the lower pockets had a snap, or zip, to secure closure for a cell phone.

Pretty, and extremely lightweight. More of a shirt than a jacket...

Fits well. Love the slits on side. Only negative is when jacket is open, the top of jacket near the collar rides high up. I expect it will relax with more use.

The wife loves it. She says its the perfect jacket to run to the game to catch the grandchildren. Comfortable, with plenty of pockets. And, it looks great on her.

Loved the color, weight, feel and style of this jacket. Unfortunately, even the XS petite was too big for me. I have a very small frame especially my shoulders. Was sorry I had to return this item.
