The shoes seem comfortable but are too small. Have made several attempts to initiate exchange but Hoka's website errors out in the middle of the process. Online chat does the same. Tried calling, no one answers. Very frustrating.

I personally did not like these shoes at all. They run small. I couldn't even get my foot in the shoe even though I had ordered a size larger than I normally wear and a wide. I cannot recommend them to anyone because I could not even wear them.

The top of the shoe wear laces would be, puts uncomfortable pressure on the foot. It was so painful after walking just a few minutes, I knew that style wasn't for me.

I have other HOKA shoes that I love, but these were sized wrong.

I did not like the style of this shoe once it arrived. it looked different on line.

I returned these because, after wearing Hoka Bondo sneakers for 2 y3ars, these felt like I had no support under my feet.

Most painful shoes I've ever worn. Had to stop wearing them after 5 days.

I was hoping these shoes would give me a similar feel and comfort like my Clifton 8s however I was mistaken . This shoe was so uncomfortable. While I appreciated the convenience of it being a slip on shoe, the insole being so thick and feeling like hard plastic was enough to make me regret my purchase. I tried wearing them for a work shift but after I 10 minutes I switched back into my crocs.

The male/female sizing does not work for me. I love Hokas and I loved the shoe, but a male size does not work for me.

No half sizes, no medium width.

I thought these shoes would be way more comfortable considering they were described as extra cushioned. I stand all day at my job and walk a lot, so I was looking for a supportive and comfortable shoe. these are not it. my feet are sore within the first hour of standing. don't recommend

This shoe ran sooooo small. I wore them into work a 10 hr shift and was miserable. Colossal waste of my hard earned money. They absolutely murdered my small toes. And u ordered a half size up.

Having severe foot pain after wearing one day

These are more like Crocks. Unfortunately I wear a orthotics insert so I have to remove the thin one on all the shoes. This one is mainly built around this huge insert. When it's removed they're no padding or shoe left. Not enough room in shore to add my orthotics. I was going to send them back but a friend liked them so I just gave them away. It seems most of the shoes I ordered in size 12, medium all now are seeming to tight and short. Not very comfortable after wearing. Have really been a fan but either my foot is growing or they aren't expanding over time. I've bought over dozen pairs.

I liked how the shoe looked, but it didn't just slip onto my foot as expected. All my Hokas are size 13 and if I can get them in wide, I will. These were size 13 and wide wasn't an option. My big toes were into the front of the shoe either because the shoe wasn't long enough or wasn't wide enough or maybe because they're unisex. I don't know, but they were uncomfortable and I was unable to slip them on unassisted which was my expectation. I could have ordered the next size up, 14, but I thought they would look funny being so big. I returned them without any hassles. I love Hokas, but this shoe didn't work out for me.
