I stand on concrete at work, and have pelvic pain/instability. I wanted shoes that were supportive and cushioned, while also working with regular clothes (not super sporty). hokas seem to all be super wide... these included. I mean the outside! if chunky shoes weren't in style this would be a hard sell for me, but my feet have been very happy. had to move my seat back in the car because my foot was too close with all that cush. I'm usually an 8.5 in running shoes and true for these as well (I wear an 8 in street shoes). i like neutrals but this all tan suede does look a bit "orthotic-y". would love a bold solid color in suede - kelly green or orangey red.

Fit and size good and arch support unremarkable one way or another. After my last pair of walking shoes, I realize after test these how much more cushioning I needed between my feet and the ground.

These are gender neutral and do not fit like other Hokas. Terrible Hoka policy not to refund shipping when product not as described

These are very cushy and comfortable, suede material is nice and I like a natural material show. However the heel collapses in a way that isn't supportive and encourages pronating through the grooves cut into the channel on the heel sole. After two months I'm not able to wear them without risk of ankle injury as the platform is tall and the possibility of rolling my ankle is very high.

I've worn these a couple of times now they are pretty comfortable they who feel like a Clifton to me being very soft and comfortable, but they do seem to run a bit smaller than my Clifton knives that I put 1,000,000 miles on these not exactly the same as the Clifton, but pretty For a more casual style shoe I walked a few miles downtown last night and didn't have any issues

I have BONDI's and Solimar's that I love. Was looking for a walking shoe so I thought I would try these. Not sure if it is the generic sizing of the shoe but definitely not as comfortable as the others.

Unfortunately, I returned them due to poor fit; too tight across top of foot, length alright and width at sole was fine.

Nowhere in the item description is there a disclaimer that this item is much narrower than all of the other seven pair of Hokas I have. I started through the exchange process only to find that this particular shoe is not offered in a wide version. I called customer service and was told by the representative that this is a known characteristic but Hoka doesnt provide a disclaimer, she suggested that I pick a different model of shoe that has availability in wide this after explaining that none of my other Hokas are wide. At that point she was of no help so I resorted to searching the website to find an alternative, I found a few and after reading the reviews learned that they fit narrow as well with no option fo availability in wide. After finally choosing a pair that didnt have reviews saying that they run narrow and had a wide option in case they did, they were only available in four sizes and mine wasnt one of them. So my only alternative is to return these and search for a shoe company that can accomodate my needs.

I'm a huge Hokas fan and was really looking for a pair of stylish walking shoes. These shoes are definitely trendy but not super comfortable. I've been wearing them every day, all day a week and am still trying to break them in. They're definitely not as comfortable as Bondi 8 (my favorite). I also feel like the sizing is a little small.

Misleading advertising to call these shoes Cliftons. They are NOT made of the same material, do NOT have the same cushioning or build, and are just NOT the same model at all. I have purchased several Clifton models over the years. I wore them and only them for years to get my feet healed up from Morton's Neuroma, Plantar Fasciitis, and some neuropathy. I bragged them up to so many people. I know at least three people who ordered Hoka's on my advice. I purchased the grey and the brown Clifton Suedes a couple years ago to have something nicer looking to wear to work. My other Cliftons were not worn out, so I stuck the suedes in my closet. Forgot about them. I was SO excited when I pulled them out this fall and started wearing them. My feet are back to hurting so bad after work that I am back to coming home, taking ibuprofen, icing, rolling and staying off my feet. I have contacted customer service but basically have gotten "tough luck, you should have worn them right away". I had NO reason to expect to have a problem with the same model of Hoka that I had been wearing for years. Once again, I feel Hoka portrayed this shoe as something it is absolutely not. Misleading representation. Hoka should have made up a different name for the suedes. I have never been so disappointed in a company in my life.

Compared to similar sized Hokas, this one is definitely narrower than other styles. I do a lot of walking and although they feel right when put on, these blistered my toes after multiple miles.

Very comfortable shoe. Suede turned green after a month of normal use and now the shoes are two-toned. Holes for threading laces blew out, either ripping together or ripping out entirely. I generally am satisfied with Hokas, it seems like a pretty specific problem with the suede material.

I ordered my usual size in this shoe, a women's 6.5. Hoka shoes, though, are much larger than normal shoes. I would recommend ordering 2 sizes (one full number size) smaller than normal. In my case, though, they don't go small enough, that would be a women's 5.5. And the HUGE toe box feels like a clown shoe. I ended up giving these to a friend and going with a different brand.
