This are my go to workout shoes. The are stable and comfortable. Great support and my heels are nestled nicely as I walk or run. Size 9. Flat feet. 200 pounds

My favorite Brooks shoe to date! Springy soles with light, flexible uppers. My foot feels like it rocks forward with each step (which feels like an assist for those of us that may feel, um, challenged with running). I needed to replace these sooner than expected due to the midsole breaking down and causing foot/shin pain but I just replaced them with the exact same pair and they felt great right out of the box. I use these exclusively for treadmill and road running. I wouldn't mind a tad more cushion but would buy this version for the rest of my running life. I ONLY buy Brooks running shoes and have been a fan for over a decade. Don't change a thing!

I was so excited to get these shoes because I LOVED the way they looked and I love my Ghost shoes. Unfortunately, they ae much more narrow than the Ghost style and they really pinch in the ballot my foot. That will teach me to wear them outside as soon as I get them.

Comfortable, lite, and good looking!

Every pair of Brooks I have I can wear right out of the box. I have slowly collected 5 pair. The Trace is a good one. Its sleek.

This was an "almost." The colors were beautiful (blue-purple and black), even nicer than they appeared online. I wore the shoes frequently indoors for several weeks. This included some hour-long workout sessions with physical therapists. (I live in a big retirement home, and physical therapists from a local hospital provide these classes twice a week in our Fitness Center.) But in the end, the shoes just weren't quite comfortable. My feet would hurt after a day in these shoes. It was mainly arch pain, and partly that the shoes just didn't fit entirely, with the result that they rubbed on my toes, hurt the top of my feet toward the end of the day, and generally made my feet feel the worse for wear. I had been wearing a Ghost 2 for years without any pain at all, and was encouraged by Brooks representative to try the Trace shoes, both Trace 2 and Trace 3, but neither worked. Ghost 15 turned out to be a better fit for me. Returning both Trace models.

These are my new go-to shoes since I replaced my Ghost 11s, which served me well for four years. My Trace 3 shoes were comfortable right out of the box. They give me the cushion, stability and support I need when walking.

Love them. I am a nurse and yes I do run. Good support and cushioning.

I workout A LOT, and these are my new favorite pair of shoes! So far I've tested them out with both weightlifting and step aerobics and my feet feel great. These have great heel support which is wonderful for my high arched feet.

Im fairly happy with the Trace 3 but I think I like my Trace 2 better.

These were comfortable from the very start and continue to feel great.

I really like them, comfortable but harder to get off and on than my previous pair. The little yellow loop at top back is useless, cant get your finger in it to help put on shoes.

I have worn Brooks for a few years now. This pair is very narrow and snug. Also the mesh is different and not as supportive.

They seam much more narrow. First wear I had to take them off due to my toes going numb. Had to stretch them and make the laces as loose as possible.

Very comfortable and love the color

These were more snug across the widest part of the foot (the toe box) than the two other styles of Brooks sneakers I own. The tongue is also rubbing a bit. They may break in with more wear, but theyre not as comfortable out of the box as Id hoped.

These are very comfortable. Good support.

I use these as my work show for standing and walking all day, they are great, but I prefer my ghosts for running.

Im a nurse that works 12 hour shifts. I bought them on recommendation of a couple coworkers. Absolutely love them, first pair of athletic shoes I had in years that are all around comfortable. I am picking a color to have at home.

A great fit and very comfortable for walking. However, the fabric of the shoe does not seem to breathe, causing hot and itchy skin.
