I do not run but they are great for walking and support. Highly recommend.

I have exclusively worn Beasts for over 15 years. Compared to previous Beast models, the GTS 23 has less support under outside (little) toes. On long days, that is a negative. Insole support is still very good, as is the support under the inside (big) toes and heels.

wore them at casual event and arch hurt so bad had to replace them.

Highly stable, well made and comfortable, my sixth pair is as exceptional as the first five.

the best shoes ever!!!! i weigh 330 lbs with flat feet and I use these for work standing for 6+ hrs and they're the best!!! I use them with my orthotic inserts and they're 100% amazing, nor more pain for this guy!!

This shoes is very supportive and feels good to walk and run in. The trade off for the support and cushion is the weight. It feels like a heavier shoe to run in. Walking I dont notice it as much. This shoe has so much comfort and a nice fit I dont have to wear moleskin anymore.

Great show for walking long distances. Helped realign my gait.

Brooks is a great company. Spoke with one of the young ladies about my back problems and she recommended the Beast. Great comfort and able to walk all day so far. Definitely worth the investment!

I have had the beast in years past....Absolutely great. With recent foot surgery have gone to other brands and now trying the beast again. Not sure how this will go but hoping it will be a great shoe again for me. Judgement still out on this.

Great shoe. Have used Brooks since the 80's. Wished I'd waited a few weeks. $160 shoe I bought is now available for $119.

I walk on concert all day not to mention up and down hills. I have felt them correct my step on long days.

Comfortable shoes, but after only a few months wearing them daily my big toes have started to poke through the material so much that you can see the color of my socks.

I always come back to the Beast after trying other miodels due to the support. The only improvement I will continue to suggest is improving the toe area. The material there could be better. My toe always breaks through way before I have tread wear.

Great shoes. I had the 200s but couldnt find my size to replace them and ordered the GT 23a. Love these. Will buy again.

I have worn the Brooks Beast for years. I have a problem with overpronation and these keep my ankles upright and my knees from complaining. These Beasts run a little narrower than they did before 2020, but are better than the 2020 model. They seem to be about the same fit as the 2020 but the insole is not as thick as 2020 so give a little more space for the ball of the foot. Brooks have always run large compared to my other shoes. I wear a 10.5 in Brooks but 10 in most other shoes.

I don't run anymore at age 70 but I do walk 70 minutes every day and my Brooks Beast is with me every minute. I have worn Beasts for at least 20 years and will continue to do so. Their cushion and stability are the highest rated.

I'd been wearing Beasts for over 10 years and had used them to "walk off" 100 pounds. After my wife and her friends raved about Hokas, I tried a pair of them. Although I liked the more solid heel that made my Hokas easier to put on, the soles went bad after a few hundred miles. Beasts just feel higher quality to me.

I thought this beast 23 should be good but I felt uncomfortable with one. Beast 20 was better. Beast 23 gives my feet bit stressed while running either treadmill and outside.

I've worn Beasts for the better part of a decade. Unfortunately these are my last pair. The lighter design and look are great. But the underside wore out insanely fast. The tread is very soft and COMPLETELY wore through to the sole to the point that I can't even wear them. Mind you I am a normal size person and really didn't run that much in them. They last maybe a third of the time that my previous pairs lasted. It's very obvious that the tread is a softer material than the older shoes, and I feel there's no way Brooks wouldn't be aware of this. Feels like designed obsolescence.

Love them! I use them for work and everyday and have multiple paid. Great shoe for a big guy.

I'm not a runner but Brooks have saved my ankles after years of turned ankles! The Beast contours my feet unlike another shoe! Sprained both ankles, several times, over many years of sports. The Beast levels me out. Also I have wide feet and this shoe has the extra width I need! Great quality. Also very comfortable.

Inner left sole was protruding into my childs foot. These were intended to help with their flat feet. Sadly, they didnt fit. Btful sneakers tho!
